people who didn't play this should refrain from voting,IMO they have no right to vote for a game they know nothing about (i hope "those" people read this post)
Then a lot of submissions on the Workbench wouldn't be getting as many votes (which is bad, because runs of unpopular submissions sit on the Workbench for weeks as it is). It doesn't matter if the voter has played the game or not; what matters is if they find the movie entertaining or not, and people who haven't played a game can still find a TAS entertaining. I've played only a small number of the games that turn up in the Workbench, but I try to watch all of them anyway and I usually find them entertaining.

Well, then again we have Mortal Kombat movies, extremely gory. A warning should about content should be enough
Some Mortal Kombat movies do have disclaimers, like N64 Mortal Kombat 4. Most don't seem to have them though, and the really gory MK movies should have disclaimers too.

Hand, not head. Mario doesn't hit blocks with his head.

No. If I had seen the show, I would probably know her facial expressions and the context of that scene.

The wall kicks in TTM are actually gwk (glitch wall kicks), not hswk. However, hswk are noticeably used in the BBH star "Big Boo's Balcony," and elsewhere. We already knew this was a flaw in defining 70 Stars BLJless. This is why we pointed out that one of our goals was "no major skips."
Where else? You should have skipped this star if you were going to use HSWK.
That appears to be the only place HSWKs are used, and it's only for 10-15 seconds (to climb the mansion). It's not like HSWKs were used to clip through walls or anything game-breaking like that. "No major skips" were used, and the run still stays within the bounds of its goals.

asutoro, as you submitted this movie here, put the link to submission on both your movies. Also, gonna look at encodes right now... asutoroは、ここでこの映画を提出したように、ムービーの両方で提出へのリンクを置く。また、見つもりには今エンコードします... (google translated)
Patryk1023, it's probably a bad idea to use Google Translate in this case. The way you wrote those sentences may not form an intelligible sentence when "translated" to Japanese. (To see what I mean, try writing something in English and Google "Translating" it into Polish. You probably won't even be able to tell what the translated sentence is saying.) The best way to translate your sentence would be to have someone like Mister translate it word-for-word for you.

That would be the correct answer. I don't know how anyone thought it was anything else.
Well, she's not even smiling. It looks more like "Oh no!" to me than anything else. Most of my avatars don't feature Kirby using an attack, so they're still G. The five I have of using a Copy Ability on an enemy (not counting Sleep Kirby) don't show Kirby attacking the enemy, so I suppose those are rated G as well. Overall, my avatar collection gets a G.

No vote for using the (E) ROM. You need to use the (JU) ROM for this game.

Really? I guess I can see why it looks that way to you. I'm thinking she looks more surprised than anything now.

Still awaiting a real rating.
I think your avatar should get a G rating. Nothing violent or suggestive is happening. It's just a girl who appears distressed or surprised. There's your rating.

Thank you, OmegaWatcher. Voting No for being suboptimal. Make sure your TAS is as fast as you can make it before submitting.

Sounds like he did it all in interpreter, so no, but it'll run at ~1 fps...
Then I'll just wait for an encode. It's not worth downloading the game and dtm to watch it at ~1 FPS.

I'm not sure if it matters, but the dsp.bin files are at Win32\User\GC
The DSP files will always be there. If they aren't in that directory, LLE audio will not work.

Huh, that's weird. A month ago, anyone with or without an account could easily upload files. It looks like they've changed their homepage and rules so you need an account now. Well, I guess I should've checked that first. I'll watch your WIP in a few hours (this will be cool, watching a GameCube game WIP). Oh wait, I have to watch it in debug mode, right? Never mind...

This run is too similar to the published glitched run on the original SNES version. Since this isn't the original, and has worse audio and graphics, I don't think this game should be published either as a new movie or to obsolete the SNES movie. No vote.

This looks even better now that it's been improved. Consistently fast speed nearly throughout. Great job again!

Most TASers use either ntsc GALE-01 or the PAL version, because most melee TASers are PAL.
Thanks. My disc is GALE01. That's good, then. I can play back Melee TASes now.

Which version of the game do Melee TASers use? I own 1.02, and if that's the wrong version, I don't need to bother dumping my disc.

I like the third screenshot the best, where Mario is diving to the Island in the Sky. Also, how will the N64 movies page handle a run with this many authors?

EDIT: When I watched this on emulator, it paused right after the movie ended. I want to disable this, but I can't find the option in Mupen0.5 to disable the pausing.
The pausing is a bug in Mupen. There's no way to avoid it; you'll just have to unpause if you want to see the game's ending. Encoders get around this by extending the movie file to when Mario touches the star, at which point pausing has no effect.

Awesome and crazy fast WIP, VanillaCoke! Looking forward to more WIPs of this game from you. Whoa, Paused just proposed to you.
