I like it. At least one of my screenshot suggestions had the claw "mode" at the bottom of the screen, which is more what I was going for, but your screenshot suggestion has claws in both places, so I like it better than my suggestions.

Didn't you try my tips and find out if they worked? The whole reason you started this topic was so someone could help you get your cheat codes to work.

I've been told that before. That's my "Yes vote" avatar. It's slightly different from Mr. Kelly R. Flewin's (mine is reversed horizontally and not animated). Sorry for the confusion.
Some suggestions: 9967, 13105, 20286. I can't upload images of these screenshots because I'm at school and most hosting/storage sites are blocked here.

Nice improvement! Like ledauphinbenoit said, the reason this game actually makes for a somewhat entertaining TAS is that it can be beaten so quickly.
Voting Yes (not a double post by Mr. Kelly R. Flewin; I'm CoolKirby and this is just my Yes vote Kirby).

Thank you for the encode, antd.
I was really bored while watching this run, and that doesn't happen often when watching a TAS. This is just a bad game choice.
I encourage you to try another game. If you find a game that looks like it will make for an interesting TAS, post on the forums asking other users' opinions first, then continue if we agree it would make for a good run.
Voting No.

Another TASVideos one (this happens to me sometimes): Commenting on a submission you liked and saying "Yes vote!", then forgetting to vote Yes and continuing on with your day.

Maybe at around 7:40 in the encode, when Wolverine is fighting Magneto(?), is attacking with claws, and has low health.
As for the run, well done! Health management and movement were both really good. Voting Yes.

I don't think it works that way. If it's not an entertaining run, then it won't be published. And if a 100% run is never made, then this movie would sit in the Windows thread, and judging from the posts of those who voted No, possibly be in the same position as The Combatribes (having dozens of low entertainment ratings).
I also wasn't entertained by the run and didn't see anything technically outstanding. A 100% run would probably stand a better chance of being accepted.
Sorry, voting No.

I have never played a Final Fantasy game.
I have never played any Sonic game other than the first one.
I have never owned a Microsoft video game console.
I have never owned a Mega Man game (but I've played two on an emulator).

Also, with input backshifting fixed, now savestating at any frame and pressing a button the next frame is possible. When you load a savestate, however, you need to be pressing the buttons you want for the frame you're returning to, since Dolphin advances a frame when you load a savestate.
VIs in Dolphin count the number of times the screen is refreshed. So if you use frame advance at the beginning of a GameCube game, you might advance one VI, but there will be about 100 more frames advanced. There was no polling for input during those 100 frames, so Dolphin just skipped them. VI does not account for lag like the Frame counter does, so by subtracting the Frame count from VI, you can tell how many lag frames your movie had.

Famicom Grand Prix - F1 Race might make for an interesting TAS. It's a Famicom-only racing game with a top-down view and tire and brake "health" meters that eventually run out and make it very hard to brake and steer unless you come in for a pit stop. Of course, a TAS could race so fast that the meters never run out, or steer successfully even with the spent tires.

It's OK. I already found it on SDA and watched it there. It definitely looks like a different kind of drifting than this game.
An optimized TAS of that game with Crunch would be something to see.
Well, it's too bad PSXjin doesn't emulate this game very well. Maybe you could use what you learned about the tracks and physics to make a real-time run.

Wow, the TAS input window has some new graphics! I like the one in my Dolphin better though, since up and down aren't switched (no graphic at all, actually, who needs it?).
How is that Dolphin? Did you get everything set up fine?
