Amazing run! Yes vote! The improvements were very noticeable.

The suggested screenshot should be of 3-1 when toad is below the "elevator".
I agree, and further suggest the screenshots 22106, 22108, and 22110.

Voted Meh. The technical quality was good, but it suffered in entertainment. It would be better to do some tricks as a trade-off for entertainment.

Great job and nice improvements! Yes vote! The most entertaining parts were the laser watch massacre, shooting Natalya's outline, and spelling PWNED.

For a screenshot how about 4:57ish in Flygon's screenshot, where there's a minus sign in the rupee count?
Something like this screenshot from frame 17569? EDIT: Removed my unoptimized screenshot. Looks like 17569 was used for the publication though. Glad I could help.

Looks good, and nice improvement! The sound of the rupees constantly counting down is annoying though. Voting yes anyway.

The last four levels were just crazy! Yes vote for high speed no-damage reckless driving.

Well, its same as 3 ... just have to avoid enemies, I goes on the wrong way as a trade-off... avoiding cars at high speed is funny heh!
If a slower route was chosen for entertainment, then you might want to include the goal "Uses speed/entertainment tradeoffs". (I'm saying this because you mentioned a "trade-off"; I don't know if the route you took was optimal or not.)

Thanks for the link, Dessyreqt. Nice work and good drawing skills, Ryuto! My favorite new additions were Dream Land, Home Run Contest, Chef Kawasaki, and Kanto Region. Yes vote!

I can't view the movie because it keeps desyncing. I tried the savestate at frame 117 "fix" and it didn't work either. I guess I'll just wait for the encode. I assume others have run into this problem...?

The submission text made it a lot easier to understand what was happening in the run. Nice glitching and fast completion of the game! It's too bad you couldn't skip the police station scenes though. Yes vote.

Sorry for bumping this topic, but I feel I should ask: Would a full TAS of this game be recorded in SNES9x 1.43 (v17) or SNES9x 1.51 (v7)? I ask because different WIPs in this topic by different TASers have been using different versions of SNES9x (WaddleDX uses v1.43, Y0SH1 used v1.43 and then v1.51, and Pekopon used v1.51). The Rules say that v1.43 movie files are "supported but deprecated", but almost every recent TASVideos submission is a v1.43 movie. Now that the transparency issue is solved in both versions of SNES9x, shouldn't we choose one to use? Also, I read through the whole topic and watched all the WIPs, and I'm impressed at the amount of work that has already gone into this game. Great job to Pekopon who worked all the way up to 3-2, and WaddleDX for making the fastest and most entertaining KDL3 WIP so far!

Nice side-by-side encode, Mister Epic! It was cool to compare the frames as the movies were both playing and it was interesting to see the size of the improvements. As others have said, I also look forward to the improved warpless run.

To no surprise, someone voted no... definitely curious as to why as this run had EVERYTHING!
I'm curious too. But if this submission gets 200 Yes votes, the percentage of No votes should round down to 0%. (I don't think there will be that many votes, but it would be nice to see.)

I made sure to watch the currently published run first so I would notice the improvements. The improvements were great and the glitches were interesting and entertaining. A well deserved Yes vote!

For the same reason I think a 70 stars run should be rejected, and focus only on the 0-stars and 120-stars, AND possibly the CCC run since it has a completely different goal.
I'm sorry I have to ask, but what is the "CCC run"?

And for all of you who are saying that SM64 is "hex-friendly" and that a new "120 stars" run could easily be made... hexing stuff in this run wasn't fun at all (just thinking about Watch for Rolling Rocks manipulation gives me nightmares) and many many things needed to be re-done many many times (you can judge from the rerecord count). Collecting the Japanese .m64s + .sts wasn't a piece of cake either. I personally think that this run provides its load of entertainment and his different enough from the "120 stars" and "0 stars" run to be accepted.
Seeing how much work went into this, I give it a yes vote! The run was very entertaining and obviously more optimized than the older 16 star runs. I agree that it deserves its own category. And if this gets published, I second this screenshot:

I think I have to go with the two most recent Pokémon runs, as both showcase some amazing glitches and overall look highly optimized.

I think Bloobiebla's OoT and the SM64 run are the top two. I couldn't decide, so I voted for both.
