I didn’t find this movie entertaining, it felt really repetitive and boring. Voting no for entertainment.

So it seems fixed now. However audio is still cutting out sometimes for Neo Geo. In fact Audio seems to be very strange when loading a state. Like it's delayed from playing the correct areas. I have to assume this is like in some PSX games where audio isnt emulated midi and is just a track. The other issues that are game specific is for Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa. I tried to do a 4 player experimental tas but the game does not load the boss room right after the mini boss of the 1st stage. I tested with 1 player and it seemed to be just fine. Have no idea if this is an emulation issue or a game crash issue.

Tried with a different game and had no issues. however with Neo Geo (tested with Magician Lord), after awhile the audio for the music just stops playing entirely. If I reload bizhawk it plays like normal, but the constant savestates probably killed the music after awhile. also for Neo Geo, the Service mode settings dont seem to have a default setting. when I reloaded bizhawk and loaded the movie again, the "turn off how to play" option did not go back to being on by default. This tells me that boot up does not have the same settings for each boot up. this might need to be a sync setting or something. EDIT: Just tested Splatterhouse again, the issue I had is no longer there.

So now that MAMEHawk is getting some progress, I thought I would do a test run of this game to get an idea of how the movement and controls work. So far it looks that not pressing the direction button during slides and bunny hops is faster. I forget if this was the case for PCE but it definitly is the case for SH2. I can use this to my advantage in case I need to slow down for any reason. Link to video

Alright, so far the biggest issue that I have with TAStudio regarding MAMEHawk is Savestates dont always load correctly. They arent always loading the same inputs from previous frames. I had to sometimes delete them by clearing green zones so incorrect data wasnt loaded. This might not be an issue with the core itself but possibly a leftover with the same bug in 2.3.3, but I am not certian. However it's clear that this bug is really bad with this core as of now. There is also a weird static noise that plays when you start up Splatterhouse, This does not happen in MAME-rr when I tested it, I have not tested it with the more recent MAME versions yet. Trying to load movie via File->Movie->Play Movie will make BizHawk freeze entirely and you cant close out of it. most likely not supported yet (was trying to do this to see what the refresh rate of Splatterhouse is). Speaking of Refresh rates, when I posted my WIP to youtube, I noticed it included 2 frames of my encoder logo, even though I used Trim(121, trimFrame) to skip the logo, yet it still showed up. I have a feeling this is due to the refresh rate or something, as Splatterhouse runs at about 60.606 FPS.

I like how you completely ignored my other paragraph because I acknowledge that you made good points. While I would still prefer to just accept a new branch instead, I will say having Knuckles 100% obsolete Sonic 100% makes the most sense to me, out of the choices you gave. However, I don’t believe in obsoleting the other solo character run with this. Please dont do that. That’s only going to discourage people from tasing this game again.

people just dont understand how much you realistically will use toilet paper. A simple 12 pack is enough to make it though most of the year, if you use it only to use the bathroom. if the worry is you wont be able to go back to the store in that time, then buy two of them. most stores are limiting it by 2 per customer, so it makes no sense. there's also the fact that people just buy them to resell them later for a higher price. heck, people have been doing that with masks as well. recently the FBI has been cracking down on such people, like this one who marked them up by 700%: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DlaWuGj2Grw

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT????? So I somehow found a big skip on the 1st boss that killed all the enemies that were on screen somehow. I have no idea how I did this and I am so confused. I also wonder if this kind of trick will work for any other boss. I’ve been wanting to do this game for awhile since I’ve talked with odongdong about potential improvements. I am finally dipping my toe into it and seeing where it leads me. I have only done the first stage so far and saved about 1 second of in game time. I still think the way I ended the boss fight is ugly since I have to walk to the child to finish the stage, so hopefully I’ll figure out how to change that. Link to video
