After seeing what spiderman does by himself in the 100%, i'm not very favorable to this run anymore, his gameplay is way more interesting than the goblin!

Link to video video description: this was made with the Champion Edition Hack: https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/4812/​ you can play as Goro, Shang Tsung and Reptile, but sadly the hack was done for the worst version of the game: US. This removes a lot of combos possible in EU, but Shang Tsung is quite fun and weird to play as! Reptile is really hard to play as he's basically one character at a time and the stance switching between them isn't very convenient... Goro is OP, hands down the best in the game, maybe a little hard to control but worth it. I'm not sure i'll ever play mk1 again after this lol, unless we get a european version of the hack.

I was actually hoping someone would TAS this or maximum carnage, the other game is actually easier and well routed for its world record since its one player only and the RTA wr is very optimized

what is the highest quality native AVI option for VisualBoyAdvance? i wanna encode a TAS that i will not submit here and wanted to get the cleanest image possible without any additional downloads, feel free to suggest some easy to use tool if you think it would help too much

im ok with accepting this, but i'm confused how this isn't faster than Crystal? i really imagined it would be faster, it's really surprising! I do agree the gameplay hardly differs from Crystal, since all games in gen2 went basically the same way with the early legendaries. I don't really see a problem with 2 glitchless runs for gen2 though.

You have to douse the YES fire and don't interact with the other.

just to keep you guys posted, I tried a lot of characters recently against Goro. Liu Kang(86-88), Sonya(85) and Johhny Cage(88-89) all have better goro fights than i got with KAno. Major problem is: in order to save time you have to keep up in the normal fights with Kano and then get time against Goro. All my tests on the first fight are slower than KAno. Sonya is downright unplayable because of how bad her punches are. Her Goro fight isn't much better so she's definitely not an improvement. Cage is slower in the normal Fight cause shadow kick isn't as good but is definitely the best Goro fight i've ever seen or made.Shadow kick is good enough against goro Kang feels like could have better normal fights but i haven't made any round faster so far. Fireball faster than goro, like Sonya, but also has the flying kick to keep hitting. You have to put a lot of effort to make his time anywhere close to Johhny Cage, so if there's anyway to improve this, is to get decent fights against all the cast as Liu Kang or Johnny Cage, which i wasn't able to. Scorpion is as useless as Subzero, Raiden with the slow fireball can't spam and that teleport doesn't improve his position in any way.
