Or as a summary: basically, it's hard and time-consuming to get a high-quality video of an N64 run.
(Clarifying) Mupen and PCSX-rr take a bit of time to actually encode due to their plugins and their rates of desync. Aktan could also possibly have finished with the uploading but YouTube might still be processing it (DAMMIT YOUTUBE FINISH CRASH ALREADY!). But he must be rendering still. He usually makes different sizes for everyone to enjoy and I don't see that anywhere on this forum.

I still have the issue (balls). I was able to do it with Windows 7 without backwards compatibility (last computer all formatted into an xp) I am unable to make it work with Windows xp or my Windows 8 (that includes backwards compatibility) Also Administrator mode does not help too. It's an actual program that actually help dump it (Not Virtual Dub)

Famtasia, oh we all love this emulator. Anyways, the issue that is occurring for me is that I am unable to dump "recording00.avi". I have all the required things from the patcher but it won't dump. Is there a program which is needed to aid the dumping process or something? Or is there some more tweaking which is required to get this emulator dumping? I know I've gotten famtasia to work before but I just don't remember how.

Since I noticed this is a new category, this run uses the "Easiest difficulty" to complete the game.

Hello Tetristeronen. I think (in my honest opinion) bots will not beat human input, there are two different tas runs don't get me mistaken (Same game) that was actually completed by a bot. But I can write comfortably that no bot will be able to beat HappyLee especially in Mario Bros Good Example Though.

So just mentioning on the update pirohiko has done. Piro's up to the second half of the third island, showing off more velocity craziness in Sunset Vista as well as going above the camera. Lights Out was too executed perfectly as piro only grab 2 masks and most of the level is pitch black.... question trial and error or did you tweak something. Also there will not be anyone encoding from Sunset Vista to Cortex as it's best for pirohiko to upload the final video on his channel as it's nearing to an end and it will take a great amount of time to complete these final levels. Anyways as a reminder what has happened here are the first 4 parts. Pirohiko I wish you luck and destruction for the ending of this, I'm interested on what you are going to do with Brio and Cortex. And for those wondering so far it's Time: 31:18 (Compared to ~39:52 at the same point) Rerecords: 167802

(Eddy, King, Jack) However if you went LEFT 3 times you get 2 kings and a Jack. edit 3: Here's the correct image

Do you have screen caps of the characters positions (without unlockable characters) Because I don't know where they are on Tekken 1 and 2

It may sound crazy but a Tekken 1/2/3 using King, Jack or Yoshimitsu would be awesome. Same inputs, similar moves, different opponents.
Like I stated before: Yoshimitsu is best for entertainment for 1 and 2, Mokujin is for 3 King for Powerhouse in all 3 (speed rather than entertainment.) P-Jack (and Jack-2)... well that's interesting to bring up because I always thought of Paul being the other instead of King. Also a Playround of Tekken 3 would be awesome to watch.

Is there any possibility of something like this being made for gamecube?
It would only work with games that don't poll while loading (including any hardware-based polling). Because if game polls controllers while loading from optical drive, botting it becomes pretty much impossible.
So that's basically; NES/FDS,SNES,Genesis,Gameboy,Gameboy Advance,DS,n64, Windows ;p and that's all I can think of.

Is there any other feedback or opinions on this TAS before it goes through judging? Which tier should it be placed in, if any?
Honestly I don't mind where this goes, Vault seems like the correct choice. I did try to make it entertaining by making a mistake for humor that is (Milk level "dance") and also tried to do different things to the previous tas. (Virus 3way tie|Perfect on Singing (Kill me now)|Showing minor bugs (Screenshot and in one level I got P1 and 2 the same time but p2 came 2nd)). But I hope this will also be noted for Notable Improvement and obsoletes the last run.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ci3I9xrNF9c You absolutely can hit characters on the ground. Only the most basic two hit combos are used and there are also a bunch of sloppy missed attacks, so it's definitely nowhere near as fast as it could be, and it can't really function as a playaround either.
Thanks for the clarification on that, I wish I owned the first and second one so I can see what was added before the third but this works too. Law is not the #1 choice and well what Myself and Tangent have written would change my Meh to a No, so it's now a No vote... Request, someone please change my Meh to a No, thanks.

I'll wait for an encode to vote, but fighting game TASes that aim for fastest time are generally VERY boring.
I agree fighting games are most likely to be boring unless you made it similar to how Cooljay is making his Tekken 3 tas. Thanks RGamma for the encode. Now lets see... You use Law instead of King, so I'm going to question WHY? The characters (various) on the ground with minimal health you didn't attack, WHY? Lei blocked an attack. You're going for fastest time and let me tell you, it can be improved much greater than having times at 32-34. Question to Tekken players (specifically 2) Isn't there the double tap running boost in this one, if so why didn't you use flying kick? Also another question, You can run over people in this version too right? Meh Vote. This vote will change to a NO, if the two questions can be answered in what I thought or I will reconsider changing to NO if you can give the exact fact for not attacking the characters on the ground.

Isn't the ps1 version similar to the n64 (reason why I'm asking is I own the ps1 version) like the levels and everything else.
