Whack isn't an insult, unless the term somehow changed in the last 5 years. Let me show you. About 3/4ths of this input does nothing, not even your buff claim (as you mention later) when you clean this input up:
grassini wrote:

Here's the thing. This is a constant issue on all your submissions. You've been submitting for 7 years and haven't fixed up on this issue. So it does matter.
grassini wrote:
-- In fights you are spamming B/Y when you look at the enemies health values after taking it out, it equates to no damage for that input. You don't get any time from cleaning the input.
Now I know I just grabbed the first line and you expanded on it. But it does. You can save time from cleaning your input. You can have hidden one-twos from literal frame inputs. You see this input, this input here every frame that has a Y/B is a connection to the opponent. "Hidden" frames of input can increase your damage per second, so it does matter:
grassini wrote:
-- Why is a move combo that's 4 frames take 24 frames in your input? it doesn't take 24 frames, i just buffer and keep the input held so it comes out in the first frame, this is thoroughly documented. It makes some combos really easy in RTA! You don't get any benefit for doing the moves later as you suggest.
Look at your final input. That's all I'm going to write about that claim.
grassini wrote:
endurance glitch is not player 2 exclusive, it's on the submission text, many games have a player advantage, specially in mk series.
So you're wasting time for no reason then? (This is an actual question btw, not rhetorical. I want to know the answer.)

Spikestuff, i know you hate me but this is getting out of hand.
Here's the thing. If it isn't obvious to you. I don't hate you. I just want you to improve... As mentioned in one of my earlier comments in this post. You haven't. Which is annoying cause you have potential of dishing out actual good speed fighting TASes.
grassini wrote:
Learn the game before you comment.
What, so I'm not allowed to ask questions about your TAS or a game I want to know a bit more about after some light testing and some information? This is literally the process of "learning your speedgame" you ask questions you don't know about or ask for reasoning about things.

Great. A series I don't have next to no knowledge on... besides block being a dedicated button. Here's a few things I noticed: - Your input is whack. -- You're mashing input for no reason especially at points where it doesn't progress anything. --- It's like you assume it would skip it but it does nothing. -- In fights you are spamming B/Y when you look at the enemies health values after taking it out, it equates to no damage for that input. --- At other points you're also literally just holding Y, as well as A/X which do nothing.... why? -- Why is a move combo that's 4 frames take 24 frames in your input? --- R,D,L,U. That's it, that's Kano's Cannonball. 4 frames. - Why are you using the second player? -- Is it due to taking the RTA preference and deciding to make it your own? -- There are videos when you search up "Mortal Kombat Endurance Glitch" where this works on Player 1 -- Did you personally look into it or just take the RTA word? --- As a note as of writing this list. After checking multiple runs they all use the second player. But my previous question stands. A minor point to make is the Option Menu can be tightened up to what you have. I write minor cause randomness. Note: Flawless Victory is slower by 5/6 frames on the result screen. However, compared to II there's not enough downtime to justify taking the hit. No vote. Fighting TASes that focus solely on speed aren't entertaining. Ram Watch: WRAM Domain. 0x0004BD - Player 1's Health 0x0004BF - Player 2's Health

Great job again for your first movie, and this one where you were able to knock off another minute with that assistance. I'll still be voting Meh even with this improvement as this game isn't as entertaining to me.

Much like the N64, GameCube and Wii leak you can't actually use the code otherwise sued or DMCA'd. (Like how people speculated the WiiU emulator CEMU is based on the leaked code, but is keeping out thanks to being closed sourced no one knows) Like JosJuice a Dolphin developer has said on the Nintendo leak. Even when making it "sanitized".
It's still illegal. Maybe it is possible to disguise the fact that leaked information was used, but do you know what is a much more solid strategy than sanitizing data and hope nobody catches on to the fact? Not doing anything illegal in the first place.
The code's not worth it.

Well you can just straight plop it into Hawk (2.4.1) and it'll just sync without any need for adjustments. The entertainment stays the same for me with a weak Yes vote.

To do this without hacks, you’d need one of the water drops from the barrel to end up at a float-perfect Z coordinate. For the value we need, float-perfect means accurate to a millionth of a unit, that is 10 in-game nanometers. I’ll be surprised if this is even made into a fully legit TAS, especially given how the water particle manager likes to shift things around over time.

(Subject name to change when it has a name. I believe it's ares but I don't want to write that in case it's wrong.) Who's Near? What's so important about them? If you have been living under a rock for 2 months and you don't know. It's byuu.

The Nintendo 64 emulation is in the very early stages, and so far only the CPU and RSP have been implemented (meaning no 3D graphics, which is the hardest part by far.) I do not expect that the Nintendo 64 emulation will run at full speed once the RDP renderer is completed, and I am not even very confident that I will be able to emulate the RDP. I decided to work on the N64 as a personal challenge to try and grow my skills as a developer and learn how to write more efficient code for more demanding systems. My thought is that even in failure, I'm sure to learn a lot of new tricks that will be useful to me in my professional life. So please do not get your hopes up here.

At the current time it is using angrylion's RDP for outputting graphics. In the future as Near has mentioned a custom renderer is in the plans of todo. (Near correct me if this statement is now wrong please) More development information can be found at Near's Twitter.

I really enjoyed watching the movies and submissions you've produced as an author and everything you have decided to do on your own. Thank you for the work you have contributed as a Judge.

Well one's getting outright rejected for suboptimal input (this one) and is just here for this to be solved and figure out if the games can go alongside each other or not.

Submission has been bested. To keep it short, since it's 4 major points for the glitch. And only one bit supports it. Super Macho Man: 35.82 -> 34.82 As well as the same/similar lost time as with your other submission.

Submission has been bested. It probably shows that it's best to refine the newer strats instead of basing it entirely on the theory videos without refinement. Bald Bull I: 55.25 -> 53.82 -> 52.82 Bald Bull II: 1:08.82 -> 1:08.48 Super Macho Man: 44.25 -> 43.25

As with the other submission. McHazard's input is used as a base with additional input made for the clock stop made by DJ.

Probably for the same reason why MrWint and Omnigamer didn't get co-auth despite being 99.99% their input. A simple addition of his name would be straight simple, but I just want to read it from DJ first honestly about the reasoning.

Submission to compare against: #2956: adelikat's NES Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! "clock stopping glitch" in 19:17.96 (Which was made to be alongside this movie here) And since I mentioned alongside movies, here's what this one's alongside for the quick reference: [2488] NES Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! by McHazard in 17:39.46 Nach left a judgement note behind as well on that submission:

For real time it's hold until you can get it closer to center then release and hope you don't have too much power on it or miss the ring. (Also learning the game in can help so you know when to actually shoot from 3) Timing when you begin your shooting phase (for a TAS world) you can have extra power behind it. As long as it goes in.

They're similar, but not the same. Original: Requires you to hold Circle for Power. Once releasing you have to press Circle again for Control/Accuracy. Simple Series: Requires you to hold Circle for Power. However, once releasing you better hope you aligned your Control/Accuracy gauge to the center otherwise your ball is gonna miss that hoop.

So I was going over some unlisted videos and stumbled on this thing I wished I forgot. So how's about that multiple games in one movie styled TASes. Great aren't they? Yeah, how's about we get 3 Vault Fighting TASes, keep the speed and actually combined all three of them to create something that would probably not make Vault. (At least that's what I remember about 4 years ago about this and the no chance it'd hit the Vault for a category that's never seen a Vault movie.) Link to video Since this is a "Oh this exists" there's no chance I still have the input files to this video.
