The current "any%" to Super Mario Bros is this TAS: [1715] NES Super Mario Bros. "warps" by HappyLee in 04:57.31 Please take your time and use the tools available to you in FCEUX and use the userfiles. Go again when you've optimized all you can.

Hello signupredir26 and welcome back to TASVideos. In this updated movie you have deiced again to exploit warp glitch. Meaning your TAS is still comparable to this publication which is 15 minutes faster. I also must reinform you that having anything placed in the character field is a waste of time compared to leaving it default/blank. For future runs take your time and use the tools available to you in FCEUX and use the userfiles. Go again when you've optimized more than the currently published TAS.

Two nitpicks. Did you only select Dutch because the RTA speedrunners use Dutch to save time and not validate the time loss that can come out from selecting a language to running it back as a TAS? But also. You wasted a frame selecting Dutch cause the selection wraps around. You can press up to select Dutch sooner than down. The other nitpick is this and the RTA speedruns you're referencing select the shortest mission instead of the last mission where you are in the Ministry of Magic for a face off Voldemort's goons (which is also selectable as a note). So to me, this is just ending at some random ass mission instead of the last one.

Cause it splits after it reaches a filesize limit of like 2 or 4GB (I forget which until I do it). You have to merge it in post.

...This isn't an improvement. BizHawk is known to have a single frame load advantage over FCEUX. Adjusting Phil's input to BizHawk will result in the same time. In the adjustment I made to Phil's TAS it required three input modifications. I had to modify out a frame of swagger to fix the barrel direction on 25m. I had to modify in two frames of swagger to control the fire direction at 100m. Just as an extra note. Porting GoddessMaria's input into FCEUX would result into losing that "saved frame".

I made this TAS because there was no public TAS of this version of Sonic 2 Delta.
Just because there isn't a public version of the current version doesn't mean you're not comparable to a beta version. Once again I stumbled on a run by Shiro Paradox which completes many levels faster than what you've showcased. Which once again I won't be linking due to piracy. Their entire Winter HIll Zone is faster than what you showcased for instance.

As a note: This newer userfile created by the author not only syncs but is also an improvement. As it hasn't been brought up yet.

These arbitrary resolutions were done by developers mainly to aim for the width of a 640x480 television rather than the height to make it better in being represented. Obviously there's the cases where it squishes to a sub 320 image, but that's dependent on the game, and the PS2 actually kept this "quirk" but at higher resolutions. (Unironically the modern systems actually also do this, but it's not noticeable unless you go in to pixel count) Using an external program to go up double res (nearest neighbor), and then down to a 640x480 (with Lanczos/Bilinear) is your best/better bet.

No, that was by your logic. You said my TAS doesn't accomplish anything, yet it's the fastest completion of this hack.
lol okay, whatever floats your imaginary boat since you're self-inserting things I didn't state in the first place. Are you probably taking what despoa wrote as something I wrote? Actually I don't have any more interest to this topic of misinterpreting rules since all you're doing is point fingers and blame others (especially when you believed I stated something that I didn't).

It accomplishes beating a game in the fastest time. If that doesn't mean anything to you, then half of the movies on TASVideos can be deleted.
I accomplished reaching the bad ending four times and they were placed to Playground. I also accomplished on the same game an "all pages" run which on a technicality failed at being "all pages", as it didn't achieve two other endings. I also have three bowling TASes that should be accepted with the new site rulings, but I'm not forcing hands begging, I'm joking and waiting. But also I ask this for you. Since you are stating half the publications should be removed, cause you're acting in a manor right now which is just astoundingly bad. Show your findings on what movies actually used an in-game cheat sequence to jump to the end of the game such as your TAS here then. And if you can't produce exactly half of the 5039 publications then the point you made is completely nonsensical (and yes I'm including obsoleted).

A TAS that suits the Playground or Gruefood since all it accomplishes is jumping to the final world and completing that instead of each level which the current Publication achieves. There are precedents that should already exist in Gruefood from my memory already which is why I wrote that as well, but if modern rules are anything to go by it can land in the Playground.

The author doesn't know how the sport Cricket works. So. As an Australian let me teach you. This is suboptimal. You want to bowl first, not second. In a game of cricket, specifically in a one-dayer, or in 20 overs (Twenty20/Big Bash) the game ends immediately when the score is reached by the team next to bat. Now there is a game that has a second innings called a "Test Match" and the same scores apply as well, but to make it simple I'll use the Twenty20 scoring. In the latest game that played. India batted first and scored a total of 228 and lost 5 men. 228/5. Sri Lanka was all out for 137 when they went to bat after India. They lost. Now the inverse can happen where we say that Ireland were all out for 114. Now Zimbabwe in their game, went second to bat, and matched and exceed their score without losing all their men for 118/5. You only won by one run because of a no ball created by the AI when bowling you out. If you adjust your bowling input. You can force the opposing team to win because all the have to do is exceed past that one run. The most optimal play is to ball first, ball out the entire opposing team and then when you go up to bat, hit the ball and score a single run, or a four, or a six. You chose to go through their entire team after losing yours. Also on the major nitpick, the author is using a European pirate ROM. the game never released in Europe. Only Australia. (The hash yelled at me due to it not matching, it still synced as a note.)

Improved movie file for my submission (2881 frames improvement): https://tasvideos.org/UserFiles/Info/638089671255593439
Please take your time when creating an improvement. I knew damage carried over, but didn't know how to route for it I removed my damage abuse out. But I didn't take two places of damage in the first level as my input lead me to a frame time of 2983 compared to your now 3007. Please take your time and use the tools available to you in BizHawk and use the userfiles. Go again when you've optimized all you can. Edit: In the cases of damage abuse, cause I checked the next level out of curiosity. Because you tanked twice in the first level instead of doing a simple jump over (see the input I provided) you're unable to tank on the single enemy you charge past in the second level costing 108 frames. Granted I only encountered one enemy in the second level whereas you encountered two so is it due to different management or the amount of time it took?

Hello coolman and welcome to TASVideos. First I'll let you know to be sure to truncate your movies appropriately, cause that 23:29 is actually a 23:07 (1323 frames. A Judge will fix this). From input alone and only validating the first level (without damage abuse) I was able to complete the first stage at a frame time of 3018, whereas you completing it at a frametime of 3178. Please take your time and use the tools available to you in BizHawk and use the userfiles. Go again when you've optimized all you can.

Welcome back to 2023, where everything's made up and I keep forgetting to actually update this stuff and I also still forgot what I watched and re-watched. :V AniChart shows the latest anime that's out this year or you can bring up something you watched in the past, you can use MyAnimeList to assist. Anything marked in red has been rated M (or higher). Anything marked in blue means I just picked it up late during the season, it will be purple if rated M. It will return to default when I catchup. Winter '23: Don't Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro 2nd Attack (Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san 2nd Attack) NieR:Automata Ver1.1a - For the proper ending. Delete your Netflix account. The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten (Otonari no Tenshi-sama ni Itsunomanika Dame Ningen ni Sareteita Ken) Onimai: I'm Now Your Sister! (Oniichan wa Oshimai!) - Dreams that can be reality. loud coughing. Spring '23: Choujigen Game Neptune THE ANIMATION: Hidamari no Little Purple (Choujigen Game Neptune The Animation OVA) - Apparently this has been going for a bit. But also OH NO.
