Huh… As the “next time” mentioned above still hasn’t came, I decided to build a simple just for fun device using a flashtube. It works and it’s really useful to irritate someone =D * if anyone asks, I’m just playing as Hyper Sonic ;)

Recently I’ve improved MHZ1, MHZ2 and FBZ1 of mine&Evil_3D’s Amy@S3K TAS project, now I’m in FBZ2. It may take quite a while to TAS it, as it’s one of the hardest stages in the game, and TASing it involves tricky luck manipulation. It’s worth to note that I’ve discovered a new zip in this act, but I am still not sure if it helps to save time, because it leads to a totally new route, which needs testing. FBZ2, SPZ2 and LRZ2 are pure pain to TAS.

Yeah, kaan55 is good at finding nice strategies and Evil_3D is good at optimizing, they help each other make the final result better. I’m sad that feeuzz22 almost left us, he could participate in this project and make useful contributions, too…

I cannot vote Yes for this just because they made a cute and lovely character look ugly in this game. The TAS is maybe ok, but the game is not. Meh vote.

This is done in a very boss way by a deadly overskilled player ^^ You all know very well what’s my vote here ^^ Though I would prefer Aglar’s version of Sky Chase zone, especially if it would allow avoiding that nasty extra life sound after defeating the final boss. Seriously, who needs an extra life after killing the final boss? :-D :-D :-D

I want to watch the gmv, but the savestate link does not work anymore. (yes, I never save your gmvs/savestates, I delete them immediately after checking out new WIPs).

I’ve made a very quick test ring attack of Amy@S3K, just to see what it would look like. It is very dirty and very testrun, and even may have lost rings, because I made this run before I actually found out that my unloaded ring detector does not work with this hack. ACE is something that’s not even discovered for Sonic games yet. And in theory it can even be impossible, mainly because Sonic games were originally coded in a high-level language (C), unlike many NES games, making it way harder to make mistakes allowing executing something that normally shouldn’t get executed. I was mainly speculating, don’t take my message too seriously.
