Tip: Look around at romhacking.net's forum. (Mods: Feel free to remove this if it's against any rules.)

Yes, that answers it. Each of the two seems to drop 30 missiles.

One question: Why did Samus end up with 80 missiles before she enters Mother Brain's room?

No, this is not true.
Yep, sorry. :/ Could've sworn it was.

It isn't that Samus is paralyzed when you pick an item, the game is paused.

Is there an emulator to re-record in?
Mmh... I thought WinUAE was, but upon closer inspection it just seems to support saving the video/audio data. You'd think that the authors would go for the other way first... :/ I suppose that makes this thread redundant then. Maybe it could be moved to "other emulators"?

I'd also vote for yes. ZoSo729: Download Snes9xw-improvement7 mentioned above and start it. Load the jap. Prince of Persia ROM (don't ask here where to get it though). Then load the movie via "Menu-File-Movie Play...-Browse" and hit OK.

Sorry for being offtopic, but the link to the SNES9x WIP in this thread doesn't seem to work... are there mirrors? With the latest SNES9x from ipher's site I'm getting desyncs at the end of the first level.

And yes, I am using the SGB version. ^^; EDIT: Now with 150% more spiffy ASCII art table.
How's this? ;)

You can patch your ROM, but it might break the timing. Apparently it enables SGB or GBC support...

No, I thought that you could go through immediately, like in Zero Mission. Good idea though.

Oh, I forgot one thing: In Kraid's Lair you take a hit by the spikes. Any special reason for that? A Runnelid: Yeah, makes sense. -_-'

Some pics and notes... 1. Would it be faster if you steer directly in front of the door and shoot at it after landing? 2. Is it possible to shoot the first block while falling? Maybe it doesn't matter because you have to jump anyway... PS: You only kill the enemies that are in your way, not like in this movie. Is it faster that way? Anyway, looks very nice. :) Keep it up!

And the best part is, there weren't any box puzzles! How many adventure games can you say that about?
What do you mean with box puzzles?
Oh, this game is great. I remember that at the beginning, the gun has exactly enough shots to make it past that first door. Shield, big blast, and kill the guards, then the gun runs out. Waste any, and you die. Classic.
Urgh. I prefer adventures designed by forgiving designers. ;)
