Fantastic watch, but I fear it will cause problems once it gets around to the validity of the run. Personally, I find that it, as it makes the game so much more entertaining to watch, it should be fine, even if it's a hack. (Compare HLSP Bunny mod, which Half-Life speedrunners use)

Dark Souls is a hard game indeed, but it becomes managable once you know what you're doing. Rather than being unforgivably hard, it more has a high barrier for entry, but once you know which enemies are tough and how to get past them, it becomes doable. Additionally, many parts of Dark Souls are only as hard as you make them - if you spend the time to get the materials to upgrade your weapons, learn the boss attack patterns and make sure to always take a bow with you with 999 arrows, you will generally get through. I haven't played Demons' Souls myself, so I can't gauge its difficulty in comparison to Dark Souls. From what I've seen, it looks more reasonable in some parts, and a lot harder in others (*cough* maneaters *cough*)

The biggest of which of course is that ponies cannot manipulate the chess pieces as they only have hooves. What an inaccurate cartoon.

Nice run, but it looks like level 4 can be improved by 2 or 3 frames, I think you guys should improve this before submitting

The run utterly abused the engine in so many different ways. I'm fully for publishing the run.

Finally got to watch the encode, and it was entertaining as always. Leaving the guards clueless. I also didn't see the rank reset coming. Yes vote and all that snazz

Personally I just use the thread as an excuse to dump whatever song can't leave my mind right now, in the vain hope someone else will pick up on it. On that note Link to video

While the run was a notable effort, it did not get 99 lives. Voting No.

Hellooo, sir. I'll be trying to watch it. //Aaand done. Excellent run, it brings back so many memories. I forgot just how much of the game as an autoscroller though. Oh well, here be a yes vote.

What do you use to draw? What programs and what methods?
Thanks! On the account of not having a tablet, I'm using Flash 8 and a mouse to draw. It provides smoothing for relatively clean lineart, at the cost of being vector software, which in itself is rather limiting, only thing you really can do with that is cel-shading. Sometimes, when I want to do something different, I'm using Photoshop as well. I don't really have any big plan for drawing, I usually just start with a circle for the head and work from there. Only rarely do I know ahead of time what I even want to draw. I figure that, on that note, I can post a few non-pony related drawings I've also made over the last few months: http://i.imgur.com/C7MF3.png http://i.imgur.com/Bp6m4.png http://i.imgur.com/xmtCi.png http://i.imgur.com/gfSlA.png Linked, because some of these images are rather large.

Oh, boy, people posting the ponies here now? I've held off on doing that myself since I didn't want to flood the thread with stuff most people here don't want to see. For those who want to look, most of it can be found in this thread on /art/ Nice painting, MUGG, I like the dynamic pose and the shading. It's the stuff I normally have trouble with myself.
