To me, Alien Soldier is like Gunstar Heroes with 90% of gameplay replaced with boss fights. That game is of supreme quality, but it's basically a boss rush, with this neverending EMERGENCY. Boss fights are probably creative, but there's too many of them to let them all be totally unique. So there's unexpectedly quite some repetition in that run, while still looking like a Gunstar Heroes sequel.

I can make the credits start faster without sacrificing any input time, but I was trying to make it maximum entertaining, and it didn't disappoint.

I never leave "Follow Cursor" on for any reason, but frequently toggle it quickly on and off just to just to instantly find the cursor. Would it be possible to add a feature that does this with just 1 keypress(and eliminates the chance of accidently leaving "Follow Cursor" on and losing your place)?
A button or a hotkey?

I have a patch that fixes it, but punkrockguy has never added it to the main repo. https://sourceforge.net/p/fceultra/bugs/705/

Excellent news! And Resident Evil 2? Is there a configuration that works? I tried several times, but the game dont launch, or it freezes after the launch of the game.
Try original mupen64plus (with a frontend if needed).

Right now, my plan is to have thecoreyburton try it, which he agreed to do and we just need to be on IRC at the same time to figure everything out. His specs are superb (and skills are good), he just has low upload speed, but in the end it wouldn't matter too much.

Enemy with ID=$22 needs to be in slot 5, this results in writing of $80 to address taken from the value of RNG ($23, 2 bytes). If that value is $005C (or $085C/$105C/$185C, all of which are mirrors of $5C), level end routine will almost certainly be executed ($3E becomes 1 after $5C becomes $80).

You can probably make it sync just by adjusting the RNG, which is done by adding random button presses before the frame in question.

thecoreyburton, has you internet connection improved since those days? I can't run GLideN on my machine (old OpenGL), so if you could help me here, I wouldn't have to be switching between 2 inaccurate plugins.

There's no core specific things in tastudio, if a core doesn't fully work there, then it's generally imperfect.

Dropbox has disabled itself on my machine due to XP, so... good luck with that link from May. Appveyor link is automatic, so it's the only one that is (and should be) used.

The principle of life is that the only problem that can not be overcome is when you do not overcome it. If there's a problem that looks like a giant monster that just spreads death all over you, and you are trying to confront it from different sides, and seemingly only fail, in fact you are getting closer to his heart simply by trying all the possible approaches you can, gradually reaching his weak spot. No monster has no weak spots, remember that. TASing teaches us that even the effort that ends up being unused in the end improves your skill and awareness. People with potential always live in problems. Look at how Edison treated Tesla. The only way to live seemingly without problems is when one shifts his problems on to others, which is in fact a greater problem than when you do nothing wrong and still suffer. And yes, those who decided to live like that will always make you suffer. Yet they are a part of that monster that will surely die in the end. You will have to decided whether you want to be a part of this victory or not.
