Here's my improved Metroid 2 Any%-run, done in 166'644 frames.
(Any equals 41 or 43)

The run is 6524 frames, 108,733 seconds, faster than my previous submission.
2619 frames gained on improved movement,
2539 frames gained on improved Metroid battles,
1100 frames gained on route changes (Thanks RT-55J),
266 frames gained on better sand-shooting, door opening, etc.
I could not avoid Queen from spitting those... things at me.
Check out my
previous submission for info on items used, people to thank etc etc. Of course the frame numbering used there is useless to this run.
