Author's comments and explanations:
Recorded using FCEU. Uses the clock-stopping glitch. The goal of this run is to obtain the fastest time units using any means necessary.

Times:

  Glass Joe 0:42.00 Piston Honda 2 0:50.25
Von Kaiser 0:35.97 Soda Popinski 0:32.48 cs
Piston Honda 1 0:40.82* Bald Bull 2 1:08.97
Don Flamenco 1 0:11.97 cs Don Flamenco 2 0:44.48 cs
King Hippo 0:37.61 Mr. Sandman 2:19:25
Great Tiger 0:47.48 Super Macho Man 0:35.97 cs
Bald Bull 1 0:57.82 Mike Tyson 1:58.xx
cs - uses the clock stopping glitch

In addition, Glass Joe was aesthetically improved by knocking him out with a star uppercut instead of a jab. I improved phase 1 of mr sandman by 1 second. Unfortunately, because you have to wait for his second sleeper pattern, this does not improve the overall time.

The cs glitch was avoided in Phil and Genisto's run because it was boring. I hope this run otherwise. I try to make it as fast and as entertaining as possible while the clock is stopped. The cs results in some bizzare strategies, especiall Soda and Don2. I use the select trick and get knocked down twice in order to achieve the fastest time.

Phil: I have corrected your Mr. Sandman time. Btw, you didn't try to make this run as fast as possible in REAL time.
Ex. Just by watching Glass Joe when he is down, he tries to lift up twice. You're losing so much time. Just because of that, anybody may obsoletes your run.
And, congratulations for PH, I thought the current strategy was the best, I haven't tested that much for this fighter.
