Author's comments and explanations:
44 frame improvement to the existing run by using a glitch present in the original Japanese revision of the game.

I did lose one frame at the beginning of Stage 1 trying to manipulate the very first enemy, but the rest of the input from the existing TAS seemed to sync perfectly.

Edit: Cancelled to resubmit w/ new glitches.
