This game is actually Super Mario USA, the game which was crafted from the Japanese game "Doki Doki Panic".

This is the fastest seen Super Mario Bros 2 timeattack so far. It has been a long road from Bisqwit's first Luigi-only done-fast movie (11:36) to this Genisto's Mario+Luigi+Toad timeattack (12 seconds faster than the previous version by Sleepz), and the result is totally incredible. Have we reached the perfection yet?

This movie also demonstrates many funny glitches in the game - some of which may be documented at the Super Mario Bros. Tricks 2 page.
