Log In Problems
After the server move in middle of 2009, some people have reported problems with logging in, staying logged in, and (because of this) submitting or rating movies. If you are experiencing any of these problems, the solution is to delete your cookies for TASvideos. How this is done depends on which browser you are using.- In Firefox, go to Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Show cookies. Find the folder tasvideos.org and delete it.
- In Google Chrome, go to Tools -> Options -> Under the Hood -> Show Cookies -> Type 'tasvideos.org' into the search box. Select the cookies from tasvideos.org as the site and remove them.
- Ensure that cookies are on, at least for tasvideos.org.
