Mister Epic

Introduction

Mister Epic is a former publisher, encoder and a site code intern here at TASVideos. Unfortunately he has moved on to other things and will be missed.
Let's talk a bit about myself. I'm 19. I live in Quebec, which is the French province of Canada. That means I'm not perfect in English because my main language is French. Tu vois?

Why am I a member in this community? How did I become a Publisher?

Well, I've joined TASVideos at May 2009, when I was TASing Pac-Man Arrangement. Guess what? I gave up this project! Then, I left TASVideos for more then a year.

In the end of July 2010, I was watching some TASes, and I've noticed different usernames at the beginning of each movie, preceded by "Encoded by". By seeing this, I decided I wanted to encode TAS movies. So I got my ass back to the forum. My first accepted SD encode was [1586] GBA Silent Scope (USA) by jlun2 in 03:41.98. Then, Flygon introduced me to the word of HD encoding. I let SD down for a moment. But when I started to encode in SD again, sgrunt and adelikat invited me to be a Publisher. I've accepted, and this is how I'm a Publisher now.

Oh, and I also made the first publication in 2011! But who cares?

I made the publication that emptied the Workbench for the 2nd time in TASVideos' history, at January 22nd 2011, 7:20 PM Eastern Time!

I've also started the TASVideos official Facebook fan page. Go ahead and like it! IT'S AN ORDER!

I'm also a site code intern. I've shown my interest to adelikat, and then he took a part of his time to prepare all the coding material I need. I'm interested in adding new features, and improving the website itself.
