The name's Bond... James Bond...

007 is ready for his incredibly popular first person shooter for the Nintendo 64. Rather than taking the usual stealthy strategy, secret agent 007 treats this first person shooter like any other and runs around shooting things with a complete disregard for human life, including his own.

NOTE: There are many graphical emulation issues with this game. Most notably the sky is not rendered correctly. This makes the last level look extremely strange. In addition, the AVI was encoded with a plugin that does not play all of the music effects for most stages.

NES Zelda II: The Adventure of Link (USA) in 49:41.67 by Rising Tempest.

A non-glitched run of the black sheep in the Zelda series, shortened by about 4 minutes.

Note that this version uses the USA version, while the previous one used the Japanese version. This accounts for some of the time gained and results in some other route choices. (The Japanese version was used previously only because of emulation shortcomings.)

SNES Operation Logic Bomb (USA) in 18:08.13 by Rising Tempest.

- Takes damage to save time

In this top-down shooter (playing vaguely like a cross between Contra and early Zelda titles), the protagonist is charged with cleansing a research lab of robotic invaders from virtual reality who escaped by means of an unknown accident. There are a large number of flashback cutscenes, only two of which can be skipped.

Here the author fires weapons more rapidly than the game allows for under real time conditions to defeat enemies ridiculously quickly.

Please read the welcome page if you haven't already done so. It explains the rules and methods that apply to all of these movies, particularly the use of savestates and frame advance. Also refer to our Glossary to understand terms we use, such as TAS or other unfamiliar terms.
