This movie improves on its predecessor by 45.28 seconds, primarily by using a debug code to get 75 Kremkoins early, allowing for a faster route through the game. Reading the authors' comments is recommended.

Donkey Kong's been kidnapped and old Cranky Kong insists that Diddy collect a bunch of coins that say "DK" on them. These goals are sufficiently compatible that Diddy and Dixie decide to get a little bit sidetracked on their rescue plan.

The main improvement in this movie comes from using Hard Mode. That means there are no DK Barrels lying around the stages. Also, whenever you start a level or sucessfully complete a bonus, you'll have both Kongs, which allows for more places to sacrifice a Kong and save time. By playing in this mode, 53.71 seconds were saved compared to its predecessor.

Note: this run was made using the input of the old movie from Comicalflop and NxCy, and improvements were spliced in by Dooty.

For more primate action, we recommend watching the any% movie.

This is the any% TAS of Donkey Kong Country 2. The movie aims for overall fastest completion and doesn't give a flying banana about bonus rooms. Warp barrels are used whenever possible, meaning a large part of almost every stage in the first two worlds is skipped.

This is an improvement of 1:38.04 over the previous movie due to some new tricks and major warping glitches exclusive to ROM version V1.1 (the previous run uses V1.0). See the submission text for a breakdown of all of the improvements.

For more primate action, we recommend watching the 102% completition movie.

Gunstar Super Heroes is the sequel to Gunstar Heroes for the Genesis. Compared to Gunstar Heroes, in this game, you can go much faster. You can also yell and shout more than should be possible in a game!

Warning!

Those who experience motion sickness easily might not want to watch the autoshooter segments too closely. You have been warned.

Mischief Makers (1997) is one of the rare 2D sidescrollers released for Nintendo 64. The player controls Marina, the robotic maid of a lecherous and absent-minded professor Theo, who has a habit of being kidnapped constantly. The ones who abduct him every now and then are Clancers from the evil Empire. (And make sure to watch out for the plot twist at the end!)

Marina is quite a versatile cyborg. She can boost continuously in the air, ride vehicles, slide and jump like a maniac, and most importantly, shake. Make no mistake, you'll be seeing Comicalflop shake this thing, and even that thing quite a lot in this fast-paced run.

The game is broken down into 52 short areas, each of them having a separate timer. Because of this, the author aims to optimize the movie for shortest in-game time. Each stage is given a rank based on how fast the stage was completed; this run gets all S Ranks.

The game has some emulation errors, such as unnatural amounts of lag in some stages, and graphical glitches. See the author's comments for more details.

This is a really, really fast TAS through Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance played with Maxim who is only available after the game is beaten once. Most of the game is glitched through by being stuck in different walls, so it's hard to explain what happened in this; see it for yourself.

This is a 124 frame improvement over comicalflop's previous movie.

Note: This movie starts where the main quest movie left off. We do not usually accept movies beginning from a save. Please read our rules to see our reasons.

Castlevania, again, only this time played with Maxim and without glitching through walls and completing the game intended, unlike the glitch-warped run. What constitutes as intended in this run is debatable, since Maxim zooms through the castle faster than Sonic on espresso, and sends shurikens ripping through bosses before they realize they can attack you.

Yoshi's Story (1997), a loose follow-up to Yoshi's Island, tracks the adventures of the Yoshi clan as they attempt to reclaim the Super Happy Tree after it is stolen by Baby Bowser. This apparently involves eating copious amounts of fruit in an effort to find happiness for themselves.

Here, the Yoshis stuff their faces so quickly one wonders if this is an adventure or an all-you-can-eat banquet.
