Fraction Fever is a math-focused educational game for various systems such as the Apple II, Commodore 64, and ZX Spectrum. You play as a guy on a pogo stick trying to climb the floors, and the way to do that is to pick the floor tile with the pictogram that best matches the numerical fraction shown at the top of the screen. Pick the wrong one and the tile collapses, causing you to fall down one floor. As you climb the floors, the pictograms start to become more visually complicated to make it harder to pick the right one.
Here, Darkman425 completes a full loop of the game in record time, which requires reaching and completing floor 20.

Myst is a puzzle-solving point-and-click game that was originally released for the Macintosh. The version shown in this run is a homebrew demake for the Apple II. As the Apple II has some significant limitations compared to the Macintosh, the developer had to get creative with the graphics and sound to be able to recreate the experience you'd get from the original game.
Spikestuff nevertheless swiftly maneuvers and beats the game in record time.
You can get the game here.

As a covered wagon party of pioneers, you head out west from Independence, Missouri to the Willamette River and valley in Oregon. You first must stock up on provisions, and then, while travelling, make decisions such as when to rest, how much food to eat, etc. The Oregon Trail incorporates simulation elements and planning ahead, along with discovery and adventure, as well as mini-game-like activities (hunting and floating down the Dalles River).
Thanks to good management of the resources, adelikat manages to reach the Willamette River and valley in 8 minutes and 24.63 seconds.
This is the first ever Apple II publication on this site.
