- Heavy luck manipulation
- Genre: RPG
Azure Dreams is an RPG random dungeon crawler where the main character, Koh, can recruit familiars and level them up in the 40-floor Monster Tower, while gaining items and riches. He can also help the local town and romance some girls.

As can be seen from the movie time, none of this occurs in this TAS. It's just one naked dash to the top and a whole bunch of fortuitous circumstances. Luck manipulation was used on almost every floor to ensure that elevators and helpful traps are strategically located.

Should you decide to play Azure Dreams, this is definitely the wrong way to play the game.

Castlevania - Symphony of the Night is the first installment of the Castlevania series on PSX, and holds the title for very first PSX TAS to be published.

Follow the quest of Richter (playable after you beat the game once) and see how he glitches and speeds through the castle. If you like fast sliding, dashing, uppercutting, and using precipitation to defeat bosses, you'll like this run.

In order to see a "full" run of the game, see the Alucard version.

Award - Best new platform TAS of 2009
Not only was Castlevania - Symphony of the Night the first installment of the Castlevania series on PSX but also the very first PSX TAS to be published.

Follow Dracula's son Alucard and see how he glitches through the castle on a quest to end his father's life.

Arukado uses major route changes to improve the old movie by 1 minute and 18 seconds.

If you prefer the main character to have muscular bare arms, and to pray to the rain gods to defeat bosses, you may enjoy the Richter version.

Crash Bandicoot is the first game in a seminal series for the PlayStation.

This run has been in the works since TASing for the PlayStation has been possible. Many crashes, desyncs, and restarts later, we finally have a run suitable for public consumption.

Note for viewers: In order to be sync-stable, a sound plugin with less than perfect sound quality needed to be used, so do not be alarmed if the sound is not flawless.

This is the second in a series of seminal platformers for the PlayStation, with very similar gameplay to its predecessor.

Note for viewers: In order to be sync-stable, a sound plugin with less than perfect sound quality needed to be used, so do not be alarmed if the sound is not flawless. However, using a different plugin was possible for the introduction and the ending. There is also a slight graphical glitch in level 23 where textures are missing, but this is very minor.

In the past in Mega Man X games, X used to do all the real fighting, while Zero said he was off to destroy power sources, and other such unverifiable tasks. Zero even had the audacity to tell X that one day he'll be as strong as Zero.

This time X lays back and relaxes while letting Zero go put his moneylightsaber where his mouth is. This leaves Zero to fight off an entire army, as well as Sigma. Zero does such a good job showing how incompetent X is, the series has been transformed for TASVideos to be a Zero series from here on out.

In an effort to avoid status quo, Capcom decided to experiment with this game, throwing in a leveling system and story-based launch scenarios. Beyond that, it's really just a Mega Man X game Zero game.

This game is the first Mega Man game to allow choosing, each stage, one of two playable characters, X or Zero. However Zero is judged as the greater of the two, so X is left behind gathering dust. The abusable sword physics points to Zero's superiority, especially when the sword is used while standing on the ground. Bosses fall very quickly, even when they have 127 health. The downside to Zero's sword is the delay when the sword hits in the air, which explains why only 14 non-bosses were killed, as many as bosses.

There is about 5 minutes of action in this run, which consists mostly of flying through levels and boss rush on the hardest difficulty mode, Xtreme.

We also have a run which completes all stages.

This is a TAS of Megaman X Zero 5 on XTREME difficulty, that completes all stages.

Watch it to learn on how to ignore backseat drivers, or find out why swords are superior to guns.

We also have a run which doesn't complete unnecessary stages.

12-20-09: The torrent was replaced with a newer version which fixes some sound issues in the previous encode.

Capcom decided to make some easy money, so they recycled parts of Mega Man X5, threw in overly difficult trial-and-error gameplay, made almost everything an obstacle course, and called it Mega Man X6.

This run uses both X and Zero. Zero's sword physics makes it the ideal boss killer but some bosses have unavoidable invincibility periods, which is why X is sometimes used. The run also obtains a weapon which is more beneficial to X than to Zero. Zero cannot be obtained right away, but must be obtained by beating a certain boss.

The run uses the hardest difficulty level, Xtreme, which would be more appropriately called insane.

Join Carlos in a race to clean up the streets of Raccoon City and enjoy the architecture and the new wall colors in a quick run of this well-known minigame from Resident Evil 3.

The objective of the minigame is to reach a specified point in a set time limit which can be extended by defeating enemies. Needless to say, the timer never even comes close to running out here.

This run begins from a save state which has the minigame unlocked, which can be generated by replaying the author's run of the full game. This is not normally allowed by the site.

What does Lute the bard do when his mother kicks him out? Go on an adventure, of course! In this run, the author travels to various places, collecting items and people, before setting out to avenge his father (that he himself didn't even know about). The author also makes use of big combination attacks that not only deal a lot of damage, but make for a very pretty light show.

Strider 2 (2000) was released by Capcom as a sequel to the original Strider. The main character's appearance is based on Marvel vs. Capcom.

Once more you must kill the Grandmaster Meio armed only with an insanely badass sword and your ninja skills. A very nice demonstration of what happens when a high-reflex game is given tool assistance.

Only the necessary levels are completed in order to reach the final boss.

Note: There is an emulation bug, which makes the character take damage for no apparent reason.
