Site administrators

Administrators have access to many admin-level site operations. Our current administrators also have direct access to the server and have admin level access to the forums. In addition the administrators are responsible for the IRC bot, BitTorrent tracker, and the IRC Channel.

This site was originally created by Bisqwit. He was responsible for most of the current PHP code behind the site.

Queue managers

One of two vice-administrative roles, queue managers are responsible for overseeing the submission and publication process.

Admin assistants

The other vice-administrative role, admin assistants are responsible for site tasks that don't directly relate to the submission process.

These users can do many but not all admin-level operations, such as assigning user homepages, deleting submissions, assigning forum ranks and user roles, etc.

Vice-admins must adhere to the Admin Guidelines.

The judges decide which movies will be published and which movies are rejected. They can replace submission files and also edit the pages of this site.

Access levels: judge, queuemanager, admin

Judges follow the Judge Guidelines but also as editors, they must follow the Editor Guidelines.

• Do you have TAS experience and at least 8 published movies?

Publishers are responsible for new movie publications. They are appointed from people who have submitted approved high-quality encodes. Publishers also have the editor permissions.

Publishers are thoroughly aware of both Publisher Guidelines and the Encoder Guidelines.

Movie editors

Movie editors have all abilities of editors but also have full access to editing publications. This includes the movie headers, classes, files, and descriptions. Movie editors also have the ability to edit submission text.

Editors are people who can edit this wiki, including pages such as this one and movie descriptions. They follow the Editor Guidelines.
