DarkKobold: Watching this submission leaves one thing clear, you (sirstarmagic) did NOT read the guidelines, or take the time to educate yourself about the submission quality required. The thing that remains unclear is whether this is intentional trolling, or simply a young user misunderstanding the purpose of the site. Since I am not clear on that, I am issuing you a warning sirstarmagic. If you submit a similarly subpar submission again, you will be banned. Use the forums to discuss your ideas for a TAS before submitting again. Canceled.

Yeah, we'll just take your word for it and accept it. Why not.

For anyone to be able to look at this or encode this, we would need some idea of where to find the patch to generate this hack.

The reason I like this submission is the ^^^** rating. Edit: Also the tone you took about making an IPS patch. You're fantastic.

So, let's see. The sum total of this hack seems to be:
  • Changing "Mario" to "Samus" in the header;
  • Adjusting the warp zone in 1-2 to go solely to world 8;
  • Randomly moving a few objects around in the levels;
  • Changing the ending text.
Play is also thoroughly suboptimal - amongst other things:
  • Does not use the wall glitch to enter the warp zone;
  • Takes a completely unnecessary death in 8-1;
  • Does not end at the moment of touching the axe (which, IIRC, is the accepted SMB timing standard) but waits until after the ending text has finished displaying.
sirstarmagic, have you read and understood the Rules and Guidelines? PLEASE understand the site's purpose and what a run should be before continuing to submit. If you do not, we may block you from making further submissions until you can establish in the discussion threads that you understand how to put together a run properly.

Don't be so hasty Grunt. It's well known that the wall glitch and stopping replay at the axe is considered witchcraft by the Republican party.
