Tricks used in this run

Bunny-hopping
It's the fastest way of movement. The character moves at 1.34 pixels per frame. In comparison normal walking is 1.2 pixels fast and the Mech moves at a top speed of 1.0 pixels per frame. In some situation it is faster to walk normally. Also to prevent dying waiting a few frames before jumping is practical. To perform bunny-hops, shoot after jumping.
Pause-abuse
In the third level there are some kind of laser beams. Of course the character would die instantly, if he hits them. At a specific frame the game is paused and unpaused later.
Enemy-boosting
Jumping of an enemy causes higher velocity. This trick is mainly used in the beginning of level 3.

Stage by stage comments

Level 1 - Level 5

Every level up to the fifth has a key which has to be collected. Unless the player hasn't collected the key the exit is closed.
The very first level is a linear one. The key is in the sewers, but bunny-hopping here is slower.
Level 2 isn't linear anymore.
Level 3 a very long level. There're various tricks used.
In the beginning of level 4 I had to use the Mech. Without the Mech the player dies in the water. It is also needed to collect an item to be able to go inside the water with the Mech. There're also some warp portal which are used of course.
Level 5 is another long level.

Level 6

This Level is different from the others. The character now has a rocket pack and there's no longer a Mech. There's also a boss enemy. And the sound is corrupted, when entering the boss room, I have no idea why this happens.

feos: Accepting for Moons and publishing. This submission surprisingly got no No votes, regardless of how bad the game looks.

Will prepare the encodes. Sound effects die before the last boss, it is "okay"? This game makes NO sense, but I still vote yes.

Yes vote, but the game doesn't deserve the subtitle he has, you only need from MAN, you don't need from MECH from anything. >_<

Man, that game looks bad. I did watch the whole thing, though, and it's just complicated enough to look TAS-precise. Weak yes.

Level 3 especially is Ear-Wrenching Horror Also, I'm not certain about the dates off-hand, but conceptually this game feels like a poor rip-off of Blaster Master. The run was well made, but I don't know how much I enjoyed watching it.

At first I though the first stages were unnecessarily miniature, then soon realized that the TASer is making a mockery of the game by abandoning his giant mech for 95% of the game and jumpkicking and shooting his way to victory by his own puny self. A pretty interesting game to TAS with only the last stage dragging some, but that's made of for somewhat by the change in gameplay. Well optimized overall. Yes vote.

Level 6 is one of the hardest, most frustrating levels in any game I've played. The enemies that fly around are one hit kills and respawn infinitely. In addition, you move super slowly and can't fire straight up or down. If anybody had actually played this, it would be pretty notorious. I enjoyed seeing this horrible game get destroyed. Yes vote.

Oh my God! No one can know whether it will be accepted or not, even myself! Why didn't you ask the same question about last Metroid Fusion 100%? It had all Archive uploads even before being submitted!

Because I don't really care about Metroid Fusion so I never cared to find out.

Alright, my worst expectations were true. What does that rule say about superjudges who not just accept but publish themselves? Also, how many superjudges existed at the time of that super-up-to-date rule? And still, if I'm personally judging a run, is there a single reason that can destroy my chance to accept it after the decision was already thoroughly made?

That's irrelevant. What if John Smith shows up with a WIP that's twelve seconds faster? Would you still accept the run?

What if he shows up during the publication process? That rule doesn't save us from 100% all possibilities. It only saves from random encoders who create random items for random submissions.
