DOUBLE DARE is a Nintendo Video Game that was invented solely for the purpose of this TAS. There was actually another TAS of this game but I Turned on the Emulator and I Fckin Beat That Sht
  • Emulator used: some fancy fceux version
  • Manipulates luck
  • Prevents suicide
  • Would've ended California drought but I showered too long
So this tas improves the previous run by like 2 seconds by virtue of bustin the game wide open to get the shortest questions possible. Question Manipulation is possible on the first two controllers during a brief window while Marc Summers is blabbing about how fuckin right you were when you answered the question. There are only a few sets of questions each round so I manipulate the best ones. Sometimes the shortest questions take a while to load so I manipulate a question that's slightly slower but has less lag/wait time during the fade in
Oh and there's some better play on those stupid minigames you obviously don't care about but that's only like 6 frames total so not worth mentioning
Special thanks to goofydylan for makin a movie of this game so i'm not totally crazy for being the only to TAS it

I mean there's already a run of this game so you're kinda way too late on calling it out!!!

One question: how in the world did tormented's NES Double Dare get published? This game is almost nothing but text. But his Street Fucker, which features fighting gameplay which I actually found somewhat entertaining, was rejected? I mean if I were you, if I were to accept runs like this Double Dare one, we should unreject the Street Fucker run and publish it.

You're thinking of Street Fucker, for one. Second, this was an improvement to the previous published run, so why wouldn't it be published?

Edited it, sorry my bad, back to Street Fucker. Anyway, the fact that Double Dare was published at all, even on the previous publication, makes me wonder why Street Fucker wasn't published. You know? I'm not saying it shouldn't be published. I'm just saying more movies should be published than those that are in my opinion. But you're the judge, so it's your call.

This does qualify for Vault. There are gameplay sections that can be optimized. Street Fucker was a non-serious AFD submission, and no one seriously spoke up about its rejection, otherwise we may have actually taken a second look at it and our general rules regarding mature content. People spoke up about Gummy Bears Minigolf or whatever and we did indeed revise our rules to accommodate it. I can't believe I'm typing this sentence, but if you really want us to look at Street Fucker again as being viable for publication, bring it up in the submission thread and see if anyone else agrees. Otherwise, like I said before, we'll just have to wait until a more serious porn game run comes (lmao) to the workbench.
