Now that I look at it, roulette is probably faster. I've played black jack (non-tas) so much I always ignore the other games.

NEVER submit without studying the game a lot and showing people your work first,to make sure it's actually optimized.
TAS i'm interested: megaman series: mmbn1 all chips, mmx3 any% psx glitched fighting games with speed goals in general
