This is my first ever try on a Time Attack, I chose Castle of Illusion for 2 reasons: first, I found it pretty simple for a start-up, simple physics, not many complex points and so on; second, it was my first Genesis game I played, so I found it really nostalgic to begin with.
Nothing to say to much in here, it's a full walktrough of all levels, from the start till the last knock at Mizrabel's head. No warps / glitches (don't know any), no hits (my first goal was pure speed run, but after the first level I changed my mind and added this restriction), every each move is only the essential to flow the game with no time loses (I think I did a good job at this quesit). I forgot to choose Hard difficult, but I think there's little difference. I tried my best, I'm sure it can be improved, don't know if someone will be addicted to try, since there's a lot of more interesting game choices around. Well, have fun!

Bisqwit: Was this played on HARD difficulty?
Bisqwit: Rejected in favor of the hard mode movie by foda.

Thanks for the tip. That helped. This game is incredibly slow paced and thus quite boring to watch. If only Mickey did run a bit faster... Anyway: The movie is very well done, IMHO (provided that there are no glitches to speed up the thing - I don't really know the game besides a review I read back in '92 or so). Small things: *) In level 2, I think, more jumping from soldier to soldier may actually be faster than jumping over them. *) The second boss: Is it possible to jump on another trampoline after hitting him and staying in the air long enough for his invincibility to end? Just an idea. I may as well be wrong here, but it looked to me as there where enough time. *) In the clock level, it seems like some time is lost waiting for those bumpers to go up. I think, there should be enough time to jump over them. I'm watching the second run (250) now. Philip
