Credits

First, thanks to all of the TASers of CVHoD. This run wouldn't exist without them.
  • pirate_sephiroth
He did pioneer the amazing route!

  • Comicalflop, Deign, zggzdydp
They had been developing "Maxim Version" run.
(Comicalflop and zggzdydp TASed "Maxim no warps" also. That run is one of my most favorite TASes.)

  • klmz
As you know, he is the author of the currently published "Maxim Version" movie. (Also normal version. I love that run.)
His optimizations were amazing, in particular, at name entry, warping, and luck manipulation.

  • Kaz, ljffdb2
Some important glitches and tricks were discovered by them.

  • gocha
His EmuLua scripts helped me to manipulate luck.

Mister Epic : Added YouTube module.

Nice job again! You also win for calling the submission file "half-minute hero" and for your credits in the comments.
Used to be a frequent submissions commenter. My new computer has had some issues running emulators, so I've been here more sporadically. Still haven't gotten around to actually TASing yet... I was going to improve Kid Dracula for GB. It seems I was beaten to it, though, with a recent awesome run by Hetfield90 and StarvinStruthers. (http://tasvideos.org/2928M.html.) Thanks to goofydylan8 for running Gargoyle's Quest 2 because I mentioned the game! (http://tasvideos.org/2001M.html) Thanks to feos and MESHUGGAH for taking up runs of Duck Tales 2 because of my old signature! Thanks also to Samsara for finishing a Treasure Master run. From the submission comments:
Shoutouts and thanks to mklip2001 for arguably being the nicest and most supportive person on the forums.

Hi gstick! I'm wondering why did klmz named his character "AAIIMMX" while you named it "MAXIM"? Is it faster, more entertaining, or is it just a choice?

Its actually faster to misspell it. I believe.

KLMZ didn't name his character AAIIMMX; that's just the order in which the characters are input. They aren't always input at the end of the name, though, so the result is still MAXIM. :)

Hi! :) The defference between MAXIM (to be exact, AIMMX) and AAIIMMX doesn't make a difference in essence. I just dislike to copy perfectly input of others.

"Genuine self-esteem, however, consists not of causeless feelings, but of certain knowledge about yourself. It rests on the conviction that you — by your choices, effort and actions — have made yourself into the kind of person able to deal with reality. It is the conviction — based on the evidence of your own volitional functioning — that you are fundamentally able to succeed in life and, therefore, are deserving of that success." - Onkar Ghate

The improvements in Entrance are very brillant. You made it!
<klmz> it reminds me of that people used to keep quoting adelikat's IRC statements in the old good days <adelikat> no doubt <adelikat> klmz, they still do

This is the second time I've watched a glitched version of TAS for this game and I still the feeling "what the heck???". It's amazing that it can be done this way. The run happens too fast to really say anything about whether it's entertaining or not. However, it's certainly a great achievement. Voting yes!
