This game is something as unusual as a boat game where you race to the finish, rescue swimmers from being abducted, dispose of bombs, kill big-ass sea monsters and shoot targets.
This movie aims for fastest time but makes some deviances from that goal to get more points: for example it saves all the swimmers where just saving one would have been slightly faster.

This unusual boat game includes racing to the finish, preventing swimmers from being abducted, disposing bombs, killing sea monsters and shooting targets.
Whereas the previous movie's goals went for both speed and points, this movie's primary goal is speed, and only gets as many points as possible when it doesn't waste time. For example, targets and swimmers are deliberately missed to reduce score-counting at the end of levels. Altogether, this is 54 seconds faster than the previous version.
Stray shots are used to manipulate luck.
