Why are you using the European version instead of the American version? The European Saturn runs at 50 FPS, while the American Saturn runs at 60 FPS.

EDIT: "But all I found is a EU version which is the slowest of all." Then you didn't search hard enough.

The real question would be why would he TAS the Saturn version knowing the notoriously awful framerate.

Why not? I'll try to do something with SNES version. It's not for publication! Some players might be interested how would a SAT TAS look like.
