libTAS version: 1.4.0
Annotation info:
Created on libTAS commit 20efa76, verified on latest stable release 1.4.0
Created on Manjaro w/ Linux Kernel 5.8.0-2-MANJARO -- you can personally sue me if this doesn't sync on other distros.
Created with the current latest Steam version of the game, V277. As the game is still being updated, here's how to downgrade in the future:
- Open "steam://open/console" in a web browser, which will open steam and its console view.
- Alternatively, launch steam with "steam -console" and navigate to the new CONSOLE tab on the top of the UI.
- Run the following command in the steam console: "download_depot 736260 736263 4833052568574903351"
- Go to your Downloads tab and ensure some network is being used, then wait for it to stop.
- The game's files should now be located in ~/.steam/bin32/steamapps/content/app_736260/depot_736263
- Copy the contents of your depot folder to ~/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Baba Is You/
- When done with playing the TAS, you can fix/update your game files to tha latest version by verifying your local game files in the game's properties.
Now, steps for all people, current and future (and past?):
- Backup and delete (or move) the "~/.local/share/Baba_Is_You" folder if you've played the game before, as it contains your saves and will obv desync the run
- Game executable: ~/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Baba Is You/bin64/Chowdren
- Executable Options -> Run Path: ~/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Baba Is You/
- Runtime -> Time Tracking: SDL_GetPerformanceCounter()
- Runtime -> Recycle Threads
- Video -> Virtual Screen Resolution: 1280x720 (16:9) -- sorry encoders, changing resolutions alters lag frames and desync :(
- Start the movie. -- Future Users(tm) may see a popup error, but as best as I can tell, you can just accept the error and ignore it. It's a quirk of downgrading.

libTAS version: 1.3.5
Annotation info:
TAS of a recreation of popular flash game "Syobon Action" (Cat Mario) inside of a Mari0 mod titled "Alesan99's Entities". Installation instructions vaguely provided in annotations.
Disappointingly does not feature a portal gun. Sorry, the mappack disallowed it. On the other hand, this makes it a pretty faithful recreation of the original flash game!

INK "any%"
Made using INK v1.0 (current latest and only version of INK for Linux.), libTAS v1.3.3, and Ubuntu 18.04 (Linux 4.15.0)
libTAS must be compiled for 32-bit (as the game is 32-bit)
The Main Thread for Time Tracking must be set to clock_gettime()
Game executable is ~/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/INK/runner
it's like the other one except the right file
it's also like the last userfile i uploaded but with annotations
file isn't compressed because the zip was bigger because the ltm is already secretly .tar.gz

libTAS version: 1.3.2
Annotation info:
Created in libTAS 1.3.2
Created on Arch Linux (linux 4.20.4), verified on Ubuntu 18.04 (linux 4.15).
Tested on a x86_64 computer with 64-bit installations of relevant programs.
Dependencies: LÖVE 11.x, Mari0 1.6.2, and Gravitas v1.0 for Mari0 1.6.X
To install LÖVE 11.2 on Ubuntu 18.04, you need the PPA:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:bartbes/love-stable
sudo apt-get install love=11.2ppa1
(You will get a hash mismatch error when running in libTAS, this is due to slightly different compilations of LÖVE on different Linux distrobutions and will not affect anything)
Mari0 1.6.2 can be downloaded from: https://github.com/Stabyourself/mari0/archive/1.6.2.zip
Since GitHub puts all the files into a subdirectory, you will need to extract the zip file somewhere
For Gravitas, click on "DOWNLOAD (1.6)" at the bottom of this forum post: http://forum.stabyourself.net/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=3826
Then create these directories: ~/.local/share/love/mari0/mappacks/gravitas
And extract the contents of the Gravitas zip to there
( Gravitas v1.0 for Mari0 1.6.2 mirror: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1gkcwC6j2govbN6ovumYXDb4QbAB291iw )
Set your libTAS game executable to /usr/bin/love
Set your libTAS command-line options to the mari0-1.6.2 folder
No libTAS options need to be changed from the 1.3.2 defaults to run the movie
Too arbitrary for me to properly submit here (fan-made map for a fan-made game) but is still a neat TAS IMO.
Watch with captions for an explanation of the mappack and the various tricks used throughout the run.
