ashrah stanky leg and better stage selection allows for faster arcade run, i also did a liu kang version because liu kang has a good tactic for onaga, but onaga is jsut one of many enemies, maybe hotaru could be a candidate if he's not bad at onaga?

this is a long verification movie, goes through konquest and unlockables and unlocks them in krypt, watch at 200% and copy the .raw for the movie as your memcard A and have a blank memcardB to sync

This should obsolete current Ashrah run, but the tasvideos staff hasn't decided if a SRAM movie can obsolete non-SRAM movie. The more i play, the more i believe these games could have some other secret strategy.

eien86: This movie finishes the game's "Arcade Mode" in its hardest difficulty by using Ashrah, a character included in the normal roster. This movie is much faster than [5431] GC Mortal Kombat: Deception "Arcade Mode" by SJ in 09:48.98 due to the use of better stage routing, enabled by the use of a save game state which had previously unlocked them.

The movie is well optimized and pretty entertaining. As such, it easily satisfies the criteria for acceptability. However, the use of a savegame start sparked a discussion about savegame-start movies. Specifically for this submission, it was relevant to discuss whether a faster savegame-start movie could obsolete a clean start movie. In the end, it was decided that savegame-start submissions can be accepted into a separate category, if they are faster than the normal start ones.

For the reasons above, I'm accepting this movie to Standard, 'Arcade mode, savegame' category.
