Risk / Battleship / Clue is one of many "3-in-1" games created by DSI Games for the GBA. This TAS clears a game of Clue as fast as possible.

Note to self: Do not tell people that you've never played Clue before.

You can only accuse once you enter a room. In order for a fast win, I need to roll first and roll high. The number you roll is determined on what frame you start the game. Thus, you cannot manipulate the dice roll once the game is actually started. When accusing, switching the cards takes a substantial amount of time, so it's best to minimize the amount of inputs you have to do here. Initially, I started the game as Colonel Mustard before switching to Miss Scarlett, as she just barely saves more time.
