While this game is short, I found another TAS of this game which doesn't include the speed optimization for both underwater and when jumping constantly.
The submitted run manages to improve the above one by nearly 2 seconds through not only implementing the tricks but also getting the best possible RNG pattern to the entire Luigi battle by waiting some frames before entering the boss room. Nice job!
