The Trap Door is a servant simulation game that was developed for the ZX Spectrum and later ported to the Commodore 64 and the Amstrad CPC. It is an adaptation of the stop-motion animated British TV show of the same and stars Berk, a blue monster that lives in a castle, and his two friends Drutt and Boni. Berk's purpose in the game is to serve the master of the castle, "The Thing Upstairs", making for him various foods and doing other chores with the help of his friends and various things that come out of the titular Trap Door at the bottom of the castle.

In this run, DigitalDuck aims to achieve the highest score possible in a single game as fast as possible by having Berk be the best servant he can be and earning him the best wages he deserves.
