Lords of Thunder, also known in Japan as Winds of Thunder (ウィンズ オブ サンダー), is a side-scrolling shoot 'em up that was developed by Red Company for the TurboGrafx-CD and the Sega CD. It is the sequel to Gate of Thunder, which itself is a spiritual successor to the Thunder Force series. You play as Landis, a knight in the fantasy renaissance setting known as Mistral. To bring peace to the lands, Landis must wear the magical armor of your ancestor Drak and defeat the the evil emperor Zaggart, who has the resurrected the evil god Deoric.

In this run, thegugafá plays the Sega CD version and blows up Zaggart and all of his generals and monsters as fast as possible while also trying to eliminate as much additional lag as possible.
