I guess technically we see more game content here than in 10015S since you do visit the 3rd area. (besides seeing a different game) is "play every game at least once" potentially a viable goal? "100%"

At some point I thought of doing every single game separately, but I got bored of this game after making this movie. It is unclear to me how a 100% goal would work. You'd have to decide arbitrarily how much money you will make with each game.

Maybe for an 100% the goal could be to win the million having played each game once. Now I personally am not sure that'd be interesting to watch, but the goal at least seems fairly understandable.

If "Horse Racing Only" feels too arbitrary then this would probably also qualify as "minimum bets" - I don't think any other game allows you to reach the goal with only three bets.
