Warp… what has all of that anything to do with the stream itself? generating worthwile outside material doesn’t make the source any better I enjoy everything around it, but not watching the stream itself anymore

the logic being that the single point of interest this stream had was the question “will they beat it?” and now it has already been answered by someone else it stopped being fun when trolls made up 80% of the players anyway

I lost all interest for this after finding out a different stream with far fewer people has already beaten the game, and started playing Gold a few days ago (haven’t checked how far in they are with that)

How can they soft reset the game when only one input button is transmitted at a time?
that’s exactly what I was wondering… I guess that there is some leniency? as in, taking 4 frames to ABStSl still works, I don’t know

I was there at the start, we were fewer than 50 people, yet still had plenty of trolls lol

I think it would be more enjoyable to watch if ring outs weren't allowed.
I don’t think so… it would be the same combo over and over the game has one single random element at stage start, the position of the characters compared to the ring out, and you want to take that away?

I’m aware that Nightmare is the easiest character to get ring outs with, but I think a faster character with better manipulation could be faster… not like it matters as long as it’s just my opinion, though

hey, I liked this although, I’m unsure about the optimization… in the first place, isn’t Knightmare kinda slow? couldn’t you have used a faster character? in Soulcalibur III, for straight-ahead ring outs, Voldo is the best character… either way, I was entertained; I knew the moves being used (mained Knightmare on SCIII) and it was pretty varied for a fighting game going for time, and the stepping over Inferno was hilarious

Well, any difference besides visual?
it has been mentioned before, a couple frames difference in how NPCs call you (lady/boy or something)

The biggest surprise for me was that E6 didn't desync even if it was entered at one frame earlier. That's the first time that level didn't desync for me when past levels are improved. o_o
maybe you saved a frame in the level, but lost a frame in lag somewhere so it evens out

it’s probably something to do with having lost Diddy shortly before, and dodging the red barrels I don’t even think loses time… so I don’t see it being useful

@Patashu: I highly doubt that’d have any actual chance of being faster awesome video though, as always from pannenko

There should be a comma after "in", for clarity. Right now that part of the sentence looks a bit off.
oh, now it makes sense I think just “in,” would still sound iffy, though; why not go all the way: “inside it” or something?

“Masterjun builds upon his previous work at destroying Super Mario World by programming some simple games in using only controller input!” “in using only controller input” is that supposed to be correct? shouldn’t it be “by only using”? congrats to Masterjun for publication :)

good comparison

You're not considering whether it should obsolete [2380] SNES Super Mario World "game end glitch" by Masterjun in 01:39.74 which has the same beginning up to the payload, and is using the same glitches?

Nach, you’re being retarded. will you stop shoving your own opinion of entertainment down everyone else’s throat? we don’t give a shit about TASing the payload, the payload is perfect as is– I loved the fact that Masterjun took the trouble of dying a few times to display that the payload was coded correctly, and the game restarted when you died. jesus christ, seriously, fucking stop
