the glitch doesn't look optimized, but that's hard to judge in the last screen, is jumping to the platform (the one you remove) slower? voting yes

Albeit it made some maps like rainbow road impossible because as soon as you backed into the boost panels you would be shot into the direction you were facing, which isn't very helpful.
what?

you're funny Comicalflop, you always say things such as "my new run is gonna be awesome", then you never finish it and new TASes eventually show up spoiling your run, it's almost as if you're trolling us xD don't take this as an insult I don't mean anything bad, it's just funny obviously I would like to see your run if it saves a few seconds

thank you for explaining :) I never knew you could team up after a jump, was it ever used in previous TASes?

sorry for the useless post I have to say, I absolutely love this and micro500 gets all my respect :) hope for it to be developed further and for more emulators too edit: I think it could be a good idea to add something along the lines "This TAS has been verified." maybe with a link to the video(?) in the published page or wherever

I've never read this topic and I don't know if it's been posted already but I think this thing could be useful for verifying movies? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2JNf0lAo3Ns

couldn't you have moved to the right sooner at 1:10?
There are actually 3 different ways I've found to get past those screens. One of the ways is the route Rockmanda used, which is to go through the time bomb on the first frame after it explodes. That route is actually the slowest of the 3. The fastest way down to the bottom screen is the route I took, and I move right at the first possible frame I can after passing by 5 second time bomb.
what I was thinking is that it looks like you could land on the bombs and move right to fall in one of the holes between them

All parts are in the movie description. I could try to explain some stuff at least. But I won't go into details for every level though. If you want me to explain a certain glitch, I could give it a try (Or Comicalflop/Arne will).
just edited my post, am mostly puzzled about the barrels to end level thing and this teamthrow after roll into abyss I think there was at least another one interesting though I forgot

I open this topic to ask if anyone is able to run this game, because on my DeSmuME it doesn't seem to… if I get it to work I might try some TASes if they're not too boring

Yup, it definitely worked. Saved 21 frames. Then I used the Rush Coil cancel trick to call him again up top and saved 6 more. Link to video
now that looks better ;) edit: been studying the vid again but I can't think of anything to break the blocks faster, what about calling Rush at 0:54? is it slower?
