I think what if to give right to edit (and create new) pages for all registered users. Not only for editors as it now, but for all users who have right to vote. Something like TASVideos Fandom powered by Wikia. In this case everyone will be able to easily translated or improve existing articles at their native language. Editors (should be at least one for each language) will just from check from time to time recent changes and new articles/translations.

I also have nothing to contribute to this discussion. But i hope that will not be invened special decision for this run just because it is Mario. Themis is blind. So it should be judged like all other runs for other games.

@r57shell Нужно бежать со всех ног, чтобы только оставаться на месте, а чтобы куда-то попасть, надо бежать как минимум вдвое быстрее! At flat surface optimal moving speed is 2.998828 = 29 frames at exact 3.00000 + 1 frame at 2.96484. Main point of animation above is not a speed but to show impossible jump thru beam without getting damage.

Regarding to Gotham's Toy Factory, I don't understand one thing: why do you hit at 1:21 with one player. Is it really doesn't matter: both players hits, or single player hits?
Yes, absolutely no matter how fast these enemies are killed, so B&R decided to use this free time to practice martial art to impress each other. If you remember truck stage 1-4 where Truncated already made similar play with balloons for same reasons.

In sokoban community we care about minimizing amount of pushes in best moves solutions, so it especially great that you applied this secondary goal too. Thanks! So now this run is flawless. Here table with best known records for reference: http://sokobano.de/results/table.php?set=boxxle Yes vote.

Maybe i am alone, but i prefer current ending. There are no reasons to make the input longer for unnecessary fight. Batman already did his job - save town. Now he can die with a pure heart.

@Mothrayas Still not fully clear. Can you please say for this specific game, can "Aims for maximum score" goal fit the vault rules as kind of "full completion"? Or not fit? (Max possible score is finite number.)

I can see your point, however if I was TASing this, I'd just go for fastest time, in case it didn't get Moons. Catching the cash would disqualify it for Vault if I understand the rules correctly.

Aims for maximum score is quite clear and non-controversial goal, so i think that it should be legitimate goal no matter is it for Moon or for Vault.

the current submission is sub-optimal/sloppy in the same way that Feos did when I submitted the currently published movie. You've made an improvement over a few frames, but neither of you have shown anything that guarantees your 'improvement' will not negatively affect RNG and that the rest of the run will play out at the same pace or even faster resulting in a faster completion.
Do not confuse soft with warm. There is movements optimisation and there is luck manipulation. I just pointed that movements optimisation in this run is still far from perfect.

Only 8 frames improvement? Seriously? This movie is not so greatly optimised as one might think from reading such description. (Even the densest amount of references to feos per string of submission text can not deceive me.) Previous run was quite sloppy... and this one is a still sloppy. Every one can spot ugly place in level 1 (the most obvious place). And guess what? Is still can be noticeably improved - you can easily save yet ~half of second at this corner. Here non-optimised movie (just a buttons mush) which is 29 frames faster: http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/171978829/Circus%20Caper%20-%20Any%20%25%20-%20DrD2k9---Ar.fm2 It not require advanced Reverse Engineering skills. 470 rerecords? Seems very low, but it doesn't fit into the picture with that detailed submission text.
Usually i use some non traditional techniques that not affected on records count. So not take this number too seriously, it have no correlation with optimisation quality.

Fully agree. Uses death to save time is one of basic pillars of any speedrun. And ignore this opportunity without good reasons is not good.

Oh so many endings: S, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H. It will be hilarious to look at game page when all of these categories will be finally published. Btw what is now the current record for most categories per one game published on tasvideos? 5?

Of course! It is good goal. Why not? https://www.speedrun.com/bht#All_Stages The philosophical retreat: There are limited amount of good Sega Genesis games and most of them already have TAS. The next logical step to enlarge our joy (besides improvements old runs) is to make runs for new categories / interesting goals. I will not be surprised even if TAS for goals like "All carrots" will be created in next 10-20 years.
