I managed to move my Gameboy movie to Bizhawk and it desyncs, not sure why, I read that section where it says to add a blank frame and I did and it still desyncs, I'm not sure if the bios has anything to do with it.
Enemy positions have changed also.

Is the Wiimote Input accurate? (Without Nunchuck)
I ask this because I was trying to TAS a course in MKWii (Mario Kart Wii) and it doesn't seem to have all the turn values while drifting.
There are meant to be about 14 values, but I and 3 other TASers (TASPlasma, LukasLoucks and MalleoSquirrelX) have tested it and we all came to the conclusion that only 4 drift values are usable.
One of us then used a real Wiimote and found all drift values are usable.

Edit1: Improved the boss fight ending because I forgot you can move around after last hit, So I moved Mr Incredible to the exact place where he stands in the cut scene after saving quite a few frames.
In the cut scene also didn't test the possibility of skipping some parts so I've optimized that too by press start, it only works on some.

I tried opening BizHawk (already installed the prereq)
It shows that it is active in Task Manager, but after a few seconds, it goes away like it refuses to open.
