First of all, quoting a post and changing the content is extremely confusing and kinda stupid.
Second of all, I don't understand what you mean by "brooooooooom". Could you please explain?

"(ok 1 frame)"
I didn't see any mention of a one frame loss in the submission text. You're going to need to clarify this.
Edit: Perhaps I should qualify too. I'm talking about something associated with the question he asked above.
Edit: oooooh ok actually I figured it out I think. You're saying the missed plunger shots didn't lose any time (and did in fact save time), and that the only "unnecessary" thing in the entire run is one sacrificed frame somewhere to show off some glitch. Right?

I like mmbossman's idea. Fiction doesn't particularly interest me, however, I'd greatly enjoy reading any university papers or reports written by users on their chosen subject. Although, such a thing merits its own thread.
I've written plenty about poker theory/strategy and stuff, but nothing structured like an actual paper, and it's 98% gibberish to most people anyway.

I think it's completely reasonable to ask a question about a specific run in the specific thread concerning that specific run wtf? Also comicalflop way to handle the situation in a reasonable manner buddy, wow.

I think a pride movie is really a movie that goes against the goals of tasvideos, and is really just a "hey, I made a movie!" sort of deal. A good speedrun is not a pride movie. Making a playaround and saying it should obsolete the current speedrun is.
I don't really agree with your definition, but I'm willing to let it slide. Now let's go over this point by point.
1. This movie goes against the goals of tasvideos. Verdict: False
2. This is just a "hey, I made a movie!" sort of deal. Verdict: False
3. A good speedrun is not a pride movie. Verdict: True/False, doesn't matter. Plus it's a general statement anyway, so..?
4. Making a playaround and saying it should obsolete the current speedrun is a pride movie. Verdict: False.
'fraid you're 0 for 4 there buddy, even using your definition. Ooops.

AKA the chicken you grab in Mexico costs a lot of time as far as I can tell, for no apparent gain since you grab another chicken later (in transylvania). What was the deal there?

This movie has 3 no votes so far, but I found it to be good. What is the reason for this? (Upthorn already stated his.)
I really hope it isn't "revenge" for whatever grudge people might have with AKA. That would be incredibly immature, and we vote on movies, not authors.
I thought it was a good movie and I hope it gets published, fwiw.

Dear Bisqwit,
If person A does something wrong, is person B justified in doing the same thing wrong, because A did it first?
No need to go into specifics, a general answer will be fine thanks.
Edit: If yes, some discussion/elaborating would be appreciated too.

I'm changing my vote to no because the authors are a bunch of douchebags who just play for ego and this is a pride movie and fuck that.
Edit: Oh and did anyone notice they waste time needslessly everywhere? wtf is up with these guys, it's pretty blantant too.
