Yes "that's really hard to do" makes every other movie on this site look bad in comparison since everyone will read it and think "wow it's not mentioned anywhere in the movie description of game x that it was hard to do. That must have been easy to do, this movie x kinda sucks actually =/" This is not a serious response.

Phil, I think it's very irresponsible of you to edit other people's movie descriptions as you please, just because you don't think they're funny or you think they're stupid or you have a personal attachement to the game or whatever. Kinda an abuse of power, I mean it's not like you're the highest authority around here and overruled some random shitty publisher's shitty movie description. And it's not like jokes are unheard of in movie descriptions either, as Truncated pointed out: [22:22:11] <Truncated> plenty of descriptions joke about the game [22:22:42] <Truncated> for example, mario does not really go on a furious killing spree because he has eaten too many poisonus mushrooms. [22:22:47] <Truncated> just to name one. If you feel you're right strongly enough, by all means start a discussion saying you think this joke isn't funny enough and see what the general opinion is. Don't go editing stuff in any way you please without taking it up with the people responsible for it though. That's pretty shitty.

Yeah it's especially point 3 I imagine would be tough to get right if mrz begins right now. I just realized, it would actually be very neato to see a walkthrough run like the one VIPer7 did for SDW when that hack was new (or at least started being discussed here). I imagine that would help A LOT with people being able to offer input and have ideas for someone who eventually attempts an actual run, and would provide the runner a good opportunity to search for "easy" sequence breaks (the tougher ones would probably require more testing than you'd use for a walkthrough type run). I'd almost go so far as to say seeing such a run first is necessary to come up with a decent final product.

mrz, Do you know the levels? Worldmap route? Cape/fireflower planning? etc. Seems like a pretty tough game to dive right into. If you do, I'll try to help of course.

Don't you think a sig under the post (the way it works now) is better than having a sig under the name/avatar? It would be pretty small, like 15 characters. You could have multiple lines of course but it would look pretty weird I think.

I wouldn't mind seeing someone do this game, but I'm guessing it won't be happening any time soon. It would be pretty daunting, for sure. How many exits would a short run of this game be btw? Rough guess if there's no clear route figured out.

DK, I read it as DMG New Buzzy Beetle. Which made it even funnier of course. Anyway funguy10 and others, I don't think there are any SMW guys up for doing any of these games. Maybe Chef Stef might, I haven't talked to him, but I think the other guys are busy with other stuff.

Yup very good. Also should have thought of that since I had the P-switch there and everything for the most part when I tested stuff. Now I don't get the credits I deserve :( Edit: Just to clarify, that's a joke. I don't deserve any credits.

Hi again everyone, Go ahead and recommend me some movies. I like stuff from most genres, including comedies thrillers action dramas hot actresses etc. Not so much scary films/gore type stuff. Also, I've been watching a lot of The Office lately. That's a very good show, I think you should give it a shot if you haven't.

I don't think high speeds are necessary for entertaining tricks when it comes to SMW. Quite the contrary actually, often you'll hear people complaining that it's just flying over level after level when the exits are too straightforward. This doesn't mean I think this game is great (I previously stated that I didn't), but I'm just sayin'.

It's a common problem and it has an easy solution. I get the same thing with MPC, so I use VLC instead. I can recommend it, it's a great media player and it will play everything from this site.
