The HR-H (Shiver Star boss) battle desynced both times I played the movie file (with all the right plugins), and in the same spot both times: Kirby fights the boss' first form, then when its second form (HR-E) appears, Kirby runs off of the stage and falls to his death. Please take note of this before continuing your run, as it is easiest to fix now. The rest of it was really good though, especially the Factory.
You're right. Thanks for pointing that out, CoolKirby!

New Glide64 video plugin is out! Download: http://glide64.emuxhaven.net/files/Glide64_Final.zip Release Notes: http://code.google.com/p/glidehqplusglitch64/wiki/10thAnniversaryReleaseNotes This new release (December 29th) fixes many bugs and issues. I highly recommend it.
How does it work compared with the other plugins? Should N64 tasers only use this new improved plugin Nahoc?
The new Glide64 release is pretty much the best video plugin there is. Though, some games might work better with Jabo 1.6 (you never know...). Also, when TASing, there sometime is a "double frame" effect with Glide64 that frustrate me a lot. Thus, I usually TAS with Jabo 1.6 and then encode with Glide64, praying that there won't be any desync.

I nominate: agwawaf (for his MMX work), Dooty (for his Donkey Kong Country work), Ryuto (for his Super Bomberman work).

I don't feel like this one ends, quite the way the other movie ends. Could you add the 3 frames, and link to that movie? The music continues, and the splash screen just fades in. Not really the same as "reaching the credits"
I second this. You should really use those 3 extra frames to get the "full credits".

Thanks for the encode, Dada! I thought the run wasn't very entertaining, though. I've never played the game, but it started very very slow and only got interesting because of all the epic glitching. Don't get me wrong, though, the run seems very optimized. Good work guys!

I second this screenshot: This is the highlight of the run for me.

Probably not the best game choice, but I'll reserve my judgement until I watch it. Also, please use FCEUX!
i could if i would, but every time i do a rerecord, it takes time! e.g: 1 rerecord, .5 seconds 10 rerecords: 1 second 300 rerecords: 10 seconds it takes forever!!!
This looks like a bad argument to me, since you only used 632 re-records for this TAS. I also agree that you should use FCEUX.

Sorry to double post...but I have almost saved 2 frames on BitS. The problem is...I literally go THROUGH the pipe loading zone...so Mario won't stop. The 2 frames saved are from: 1. Getting to the ledge 1 frame sooner to BLJ into the pipe. 2. More speed so I clip the platform the pipe is on a frame sooner. But if I can't get into the loading zone...it's useless. I'm sure at least 1 frame will come out of this, but 2 might be tricky. I'll keep trying and keep you guys updated.
Really nice, SP! Looking forward to those 2 nasty frames...

How much of an improvement is that? Looks like a tiny optimisation to me.
It's not an improvement; it's a TWR (tied world record). Mickey still thinks that he can save 1 frame over the current published run, though.

I also discovered that, as long as you have videos with copyrighted audio, your limit will be 15 minutes. You either need to delete those videos or replace the audio with YT's audioswap.
