On the subject of censorship, there is nudity on Dailymotion and on Deviantart. We should ban anyone who posts links to those sites.
Deviantart seems to be popular in the MLP thread.
If you really, really need to censor pornography, you could at least keep the game and take out the porn part.
Of course, my opinion is: TASVideos should not censor at all, just have a ESRB-style warning.

About kicking someone of a bar for racial epigram is not censorship, since racial epigrams are against the law (at least here).
Censorship stops being censorship if it's made illegal? I fail to see the rationale in that.
If someone is doing something against the law (openly thrashing other races, for example) in your bar and you kick them, that's not really censorship.

I don't believe the "nudity" part is the reason to not have it on the site.
The hardcore sex act, on the other hand, is the reason to not have it on the site.

Secondly, tasvideos is a private entity, and thus it is at the discretion of the owners as to what sorts of material they wish to have on the site. People whine about free speech and freedom of expression all the damn time on private forums. Free speech exists in the public sector - you can still get kicked out of a bar if the owners don't like you saying racial epitaphs. Likewise, if a museum finds your art objectionable, they do not have to display it.
As has been said in the past, it is pragmatic to draw a line of acceptable content. This isn't a porn site, there are plenty available on the internet.
I believe you're being way too generous to call the act as "hardcore porn", since how primitive and immature this is. That's basically what Atari Porn is, someone with 16 years old amusing himself with his abilities of drawing something that kinda looks like a dick.

First, as a side note to your argument, I like how you said Nintendo is a joke as it sits firmly at the highest sold home and portable console of this generation of systems.
Second, I am not against nudity being in video games. I am against crappy games that exist only as porn being posted to the site. If this was God of War, which contains nudity and a sex scene, or Duke Nukem which contains nudity I would be completely fine with a run being posted. The difference is that those are games that feature nudity rather than games that exist solely to display porn.
Finally, Yes X-Man is completely a work of art that deserves a place on this site for being art. Right up with there with Backdoor Sluts 9 or this (removed link myself as I didn't want it associated with my account. Search for "girl spaghettios art" and it will show up) masterpiece of art history. Just because something is "art" doesn't make it good or deserve placement on a site, especially one with no age barrier.
No no, I'm not talking about systems, sales or anything remotely involving the so-called "console wars" ( honestly, that annoys and bores me). I have a Wii, a DS, hell, I even had a Gamecube! I'm talking about how Nintendo deals with censorship, and in this aspect Nintendo is a joke. See how "Binding of Isaac" was banned from Nintendo games due to "religious content" (and, when I read that news, I was informed that this game was kinda about religion).
And I'm not talking about videogames as art, there's a lot of discussion about this, and I believe only time will tell if videogames are art or not. I'm talking about TAS being made and named as art. If you're trying to make art, you must not close your mind for simple things as very blocky nudity.

No, it is about censorship. That's not the first time this topic appears that was banned from the site for containing nudity. Unfortunately, this appeared again in a really shitty game. If someone tries to TAS one of the thousands of QIX pornographic clones, it'll be banned as well. And they HAVE some gameplay (I actually like QIX)

I think we have to be pragmatic. The Vault will need a clause about nudity and sexually explicit material (including primitive 8-bit attempts).
I disagree so much. This kind of thinking is astonishing backwards for a site that values so much being the newest thing.
If this castrated proposition passes, I'll extremely disappointed with the site TasVideos.org. I hate censorship, with a lot of passion, and I'll probably will not stand entering this site again.

When I joined TASVideos, I intended to give a perceptive of someone who just watches videos, hence OmegaWatcher. I tried to learn only once how to make a TAS, and was met with indifference. Then, I just continued being part of the site, giving my opinion. The only difference between someone whom just watches the TASes and me is that I lose some of my time writing things. And I firmly believe that the site will only lose if it follows this guidelines. It will became a joke, just like Nintendo and their censorship.
It's not about porn. It's about games with nudity.
For all that are against games involving in the site: Are you afraid of sex?

Also, there's another question worth considering: is this an official game? I don't remember if TASVideos also changed its policies concerning unlicensed games / hacks when it adopted the Tier system. If unlicensed games can still be turned down for game choice, that would invalidate runs on all these stupid porn hacks of Mario Bros, for instance.
I believe only Atari games would count as official Atari 2600. I'm not thtat sure on that, though, but I believe Activision games (some of the best Atari games) were not official

Ok, as a movie, it get a no fo normal publication. It's good that you found a glitch that skips half of the labirynth, but it is still the most linear labirinth that I've ever seen in a videogame.
