You get stuck in a door then you do the X-Ray Climb which consists of constantly crouching and force standing (force standing is when you stop scanning while turning around). Once you go through 255 screens, you go 1 room to the right

You can easily kill the Beetoms with 6 Super Missiles, which you should have before Phantoon

Seeing as you dont know about Metroid, a few clips from Metroid Fusion: 3rd room in the game 1337ness SA-X Escapes Serris fight Double Core-X shot Wall-Jumping after Serris bob skip Yakuza 100% fight Security Level 3 to Ice Missiles Shortcut Single Wall-Jumping after Ice Missiles Omega Metroid Fight of course, you shouldn't use al of them
