i get energy tanks to save time by not getting red-x's since i needed missiles anyway i got the red-x I'm glad you like the atmospheric stabalizer, the hardest part off the run yet, the core-x fight was surprisingly easy

Sector 1 I love that arachnus fight, although i hate the way it reacts to beam shots, 5 beam shots, that's the maximum amount, and i have to do 10 shots (Arachnus breaths fire when you beam shoot, and missiles make it sonic boom) it takes ~13815 for the intro to finish (3 minutes, 50 seconds, 15 frames) so I'm currently 11498 (3 minutes, 11 second, 38 frames), excluding the intro, ahead of Dragonfangs :p

ok, then play ruby and have mudkip and groudon, and you can change the ev's to a higher speed anyway

Right, I think I got the top ten missile tanks seen here also i'm only gonna get an energy tank to save red-x waiting time, which probably means i dont even get one

I think I tried that and came up with it being slower, though I can't really remember.

woah, i'm gasping for air also i'm probably 5 minutes infront of you :p EDIT:After missiles, at the first cumble blocks, wouldn't it be quicker to wall jump, or maybe you were going for luck manupultion or anachnus shouldn't you fire your beam then spam it with missiles, saving 2 frames from cooldown time, i can understand the diaganal missile shots I didn't really like the charge-x battle i noticed you jumped in the save room after arachnus?

weird, I don't remember seeing your post Qlex anyways, I've decided to start again now (please ignore the rerecord count), I thought I would play to the 1st missile tank then do some testing on the least time comsuming tanks But, as I was going (well A+B Turboing) through the intro, I seemed to have skiped alot and I want to know if anyone else is sees this look vbm

I think you probably could have avoided it by enabling the Lag Reduction option before recording. Normally it's enabled by default, but it seems to be off in your movie, possibly leftover from an older version's settings.
