Thanks for your answers, as you answered my doubts (about the only way to control randomness is through lag on frames and stopping before jetpack) I'm considering this a good TAS.

I have never played this game, so I can't judge the route selection and such. But from what I could see, you did use optimized movement, abused the game physics pretty well, you did a good deal of research and in general always kept momentum. But as the others have said, you seemed to take damage that stopped you too much sometimes, and I wonder if this could be avoided through luck manipulation (I think luck manipulation lacked throughout the entire game, if this is because the game doesn't have 'luck' or any other reason I dont know). Also you seemed to stop up every time you wanted to use jetpack. Game mechanic? When it comes to selection of difficulty, I dont know the real difference. If all it truly does is prolong fights due to only lowering weapon damage, then I do not see much use in it. Good work for a first submission, but hard for me to judge just yet.

It was really entertaining watching this, and it almost makes me wish more games like this were made. However, I guess this run would lose its uniqueness if they were common ;)

Religion will never go away in the sense of people 'forgetting' about it. Sure in 75 years entire mankind may be gone. Does that count? I guess not. Religion is in a constant change. Religion is there to explain things for people so they feel better about themselves and gives them a greater purpose than what they really have. So in order for the religion to keep their grip on people, the religion has to change and encompass the evolving values. Personally I'm not a religious person in the way most people expect from a religious person. I reject religion in the sense of explaining things in a way that defies logic, but I accept religion in the defining of ethics and judging of morality. Unfortunately, most of the world is too dumb to switch to my view.

My nick is derived from "The Not So Evil". This worked fine for Dialup boards and such, but once I got to irc, TheNotSoEvil was usually too long so I had to shorten it (Also my tools release group complained it was too long/weird). So I ended up with TNSe (in true MiXeD CaSe style). Interestingly enough, TNSe also coincides with the first letter of my first name, second letter of second, third of third and fourth letter of fourth. Oh, and if I take my last name and rearrange the letters, I get TNSEE. And when entering a 3 letter initial on arcades, I used to use TAS. Really.

This happens in Norway too. Exactly the same, so its no news for me. I did spend 9 months or so in the army, even tho I am a pacifist by principle. The norwegian army is primarily used for Defense, and that is one consolidating point for me, I'd refuse to participate in any army movements outside of Norway, but hey, shooting guns and blowing stuff up is fun. In Norway, and probably Finland, the Army is simply a Kindergarten for teenagers. I dont see anything political about being in the Army. Actually doing your service is probably the least political thing you will ever do. Ironically, once you deny doing your service, YOU invoke the political issue, as you are breaking a given law. If you wish to avoid being a political prisoner, you got 2 alternatives. If you wish to invoke the political alternative. Stop whine. You asked for it. This however, doesn't mean I feel its right to force people into the military or civil service. Quite the contrary. If people do something of free will, they do it better. Until the military learns this, well well well. Kindergarten for teenagers.

Just watched what you have done so far. Its quite nice to watch, but it is striking me more as a walkthrough than a TAS right now. It seems sometimes that you don't cut corners as early as you can do, and sometimes you do not position yourself in the correct location several screens in advance (when you could). Also I have to question your choice to not get the forward lightsaber as early as possible, as it should be pretty useful in a TAS, and could probably cut down severely on the usage of the weapon select screen. However, if this run is just a planning run, then I would say you are getting somewhere, but I would not be able to vote yes for this if it was submitted.

Best match so far was germany's, closely followed by the dutch. Sweden had a period where it was fun to watch, but T/T did their best to keep it a dull fight >_<

Hum... absolutely no way you can put gryz in perma block and get all the attacks to hit him? And no other combos avail? :(
