This only happens if you are too fast to load the movie, wait 2-3 seconds (until you see the Nintendo cube) before loading the movie.

Here is a small part of the run so far which I did to test out how avi recording would work out. http://dehacked.2y.net/ninja_mario64.zip

I cannot get AVI recording to work, it just dumps a huge empty no-frame avi :( Well, it dumps something, but for some reason everything but virtualdub totally chokes on the avi, and it does not seem to uphold the given resolution (320x240) I tell it to use? It seems to crash if the N64 wants to change resolution or clipping window :P

Works fine now. But the pluginlist loaded from the movie doesn't seem to display correctly...

It says absolutely nothing.... It just crashes silently, I'd look for places you do not check for NULL pointers imo. *cough* or (this is what the debugger told me it died on) 0045351E cvtsd2ss xmm0,mmword ptr [esp+40h] Right, this is SSE2, and my AMD XP1600+ will choke on sse since it has no support for it.

You start playing the movie, and then load the state you saved earlier...

Record from snapshot, isn't that when you start a movie from a snapshot? It doesnt affect rerecord from a reset... and from snapshot movies are not submittable...

You pick up a small powerup to Rush Spring costing you a few frames, and you do not need that powerup... And is the lag from the bees worth entering menu once and getting that large powerup for?

I think you might as well start a new thread, the amount of bugreports you will get will be horrid ;)

I agree. Twin Galaxies has 0 credibility in my eyes. Mr. Emuhater will probably be around to confirm later.

Just wanted to add my comment: It was not as uninteresting as I expected it to be, which is good I guess. Especially at level 3+ the entertainment value increased. Also nice how you handled the side planes addition.

RARE did a lot of twisted shoot-em-up clones in side-down view. Cobra Triangle is another.

This was a long watch, lemme know when the short version is out... j/k. Unfortunately I have no idea about this game, and so on, but it looked very derandamnized and no excessive moves I could see. +1 to Yes. You feel stronger!
